Breakfast and pool times
The beds are too hard.

Downtown homeless population. Did not feel really safe on streets by hotel. However hotel was totally locked down with key card access which was great.
Prettymuch everything, we just needed a place to stay and it wasn’t a bad price! It was close to many fast food restaurants.
The food was the same Every day. It got really boring!
Generally, the breakfast in most hotels in America is very poor. I invite you to come to Europe and see how breakfast should be served in hotels.
Do not stay at this hotel or trust keeping your car there. They advertise with Expedia as a Park and Fly. When I showed up to the hotel, the clerk said he had never heard of Park and Fly and would not keep his car there as they have had some incidents. When I told him my sole reason for choosing that hotel was to
Leave my car while my family went on vacation, he felt bad for me and canceled the reservation. They don’t even have an airport shuttle! His manager called after and told him to reinstate the charge and now they won’t refund my money even though I didn’t stay there and they misrepresented their parking services.

La ubicación es bastante buena, al costado de una avenida, lo que facilita el movilizarse en auto a cualquier sitio.
La atención del personal no fue buena, poco amables e indiferentes. La habitación no fue limpiada entre la primera y la segunda noche, al reclamar por esta situación hubo respuestas contradictorias, primero, que las habitaciones se limpiaban cada tres días, después, que hubo un error. En cuanto al desayuno, poco variado y el segundo día con menos cosas porque se les habían acabado (específicamente el yoghurt). Finalmente, se cobró más de lo que decía la reserva por Booking, porque la segunda noche fue más cara que la primera , al consultar el motivo me indicaron que se cobraba en función de qué tan lleno estuviera el hotel.
