A splendid getaway for a 5 days 4 nights stay!
Pros:

The location was centrally located and was within a touching distance from the centre. The rooms are extremely clean and the facilities were pretty well maintained. Service was exceptional and the amenities was top notch! Hotel staff were exceptional especially to front desk My and the porter Thahn. Both was fantastic! We really appreciate their assistance from check in to departure. Will definitely return for another stay at Pullman!

Pros:

Breakfast great, pool area was very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom layout was very strange and uncomfortable.
The TV channels were not good at all, very few English speaking channels, news or films.

Walking distance to Ben Thanh marketplace. Close proximity to food districts.

Cons:

The inexperienced and amateur housekeeping team who failed to replace basic daily necessities such as drinking water, showing gel and face towels.

its the best quality price ratio you can find in Saigon.
Pros:

breakfast is generous with a big diversity of choices and food of all origins. The room has a great view on the city. The swimming pool is great and the gym is good too.

Great hotel at an affordable price.
Pros:

Great location. The rooms were clean & beds comfortable. Stayed on the 18th floor, amazing view. Breakfast buffet is fabulous. Swimming pool was refreshing. All staff tried hard to be helpful. They were all friendly.

Cons:

The really poor communication between Reception & all other facilities in the hotel. For E.G. they offered a voucher for a 2 for 1 drink at their roof top bar, the bar would not honour it. Their wine list had not been updated, many wines were unavailable. Their advertised daily afternoon tea was not available even though Reception confirmed it was.

Exceptional
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the ecellent experience began right up to the moment we left. Concierge excelled helping us with anything. A special thank you to Tu during breakfast. Also a soecial thank you to Pnong, Vu, Nhi, Phuc, Nam, and Thui from the Mad Cow bar. They are wonderful people, sharing their knowlege and culture.
Our room was fantastic and all services were made with a smile.
Congratulatuons to your wonderful staff. We will definately return and stay longer next time.
