Spacious Rooms, Friendly Staff and a Great Location
Pros:

Had a lovely stay at Pullman Saigon Centre. The room was spacious, and there were always plenty of staff around to help. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and happy to assist with a smile.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of Bui Vien Walking Street, which is great for nightlife, but the room was still quiet and comfortable. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended!

Nice, hotel pool was a great way to relax after a hectic time visiting the sites.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Size of pool and deck area.

Cons:

No complaint with the hotel but as a tourist the hotel is not situated in the best part of District 1. Close to market but not as many other attractions nearby.

Staff are doing good for this hotel. They should be credited duly.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Special shout out to Mr. Kha and Tai from the restaurant in Level 3 who made our service experience more special. Reception and front desk were also very good in providing information and taking care of small details like opening the door of taxi and so forth.

Cons:

Swimming pool was good with option of kid and adult pool. Gym was not that great but ok for quick workout. Rooms were nice and clean with good views, although my wife had suggestion for the hotel to have brighter lights but I personally am more leaned towards ambient type.
