This Pullman is a well-positioned 5-star tower in the heart of District 1 that delivers on location, contemporary design, and genuinely warm hospitality. The rooftop bar and pool are proper highlights, and the staff hospitality is outstanding.

LOCATION:The address is the hotel's strongest card. Sitting on Tran Hung Dao Boulevard in District 1, you're an 8-minute walk from the Bui Vien Walking Street nightlife strip and about 10 minutes on foot to Ben Thanh Market. Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, and Reunification Palace are all within a short cab or Grab ride. The airport is around 30–45 minutes away depending on traffic, which is just Saigon being Saigon

DINE + DRINK:Food Connexion on the 3rd floor handles breakfast and all-day dining. The spread is excellent with a good variety, strong on Southeast Asian staples, as well as fantastic baked goodies from their bakery. The real gems are upstairs: Mad Cow Wine & Grill on the 30th floor is reliably good for steaks with commanding city views, and the rooftop bar on the 31st floor during happy hour (6–8pm) is one of the better ways to spend an evening in Saigon.

ROOM: We stayed in Room 2418, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:Lovely views of the cityscape from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the room! ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Excellent spa quality toiletries. But there are real design missteps. The open bathroom concept — where the bathtub sits in the room with a push-screen for privacy — is awkward, especially in corner rooms.

FACILITIES: The outdoor pool on the 6th floor is one of the hotel's genuine highlights — a proper lap pool (not the token splash pool so many city hotels get away with) paired with a small kiddy section. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hours, which is practically unheard of at this level. The spa does the job.

SERVICE: Friendly staff who cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to NGYOC and the guest services team for a wonderful welcome experience and hosting us like family. Thanks to TY (housekeeping trainee) for decorating the room wonderfully. And the staff at the rooftop bar who hosted us warmly for sunset drinks!

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

The pool is spacious and especially beautiful at night. The water depth is just right for a relaxing swim. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nhat for his warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly / happy and welcoming. The room was modern and clean , bed very comfortable.
The buffet breakfast exceptional. Including a good choice of coffee. One of the staff came to me and asked if he could put together a Vietnamese breakfast for me, not something I normally eat but the way he put it together it tasted wonderful.
The views from the roof top bar were great, nice pool also.
Hotel is an easy walk to the market, and other attractions very low cost ride in a crab. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Vietnam and rate this one amongst the best.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind groß,aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Bei der Anreise war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, während des Aufenthalts ging es dann mit der Sauberkeit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Saigon Centre! We stayed for five nights, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone in the lobby and at the front entrance was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They helped us with our luggage, gave us a map with recommendations for our first walk around the city, and were always ready with a smile whenever we came and went. They truly made our stay special, and we already miss seeing them every day!
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, the complimentary bottled water was so appreciated, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and shower after long days of exploring Ho Chi Minh City.
The hotel also offered great value for the price, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the wonderful team for such a memorable stay!

We stayed here for three nights and the hotel was one of the best hotel that we have ever stayed at.

Check in was smooth and got upgrade because it was available. Maybe because of the low season.

The pool vibe is great, just a bit small compare to my imagination. Luckily there was no rain during my stay.

Also got late check out as we got late flight, much appreciate on this point.

The Executive Lounge was a great place for working, it is private and provide refreshments all day long. They do provide food for specific hour like breakfast, lunch time and dinner.

Madcow was fantastic, great food and tentative staffs.

In general, highly recommend.

We stopped by Urbane Lounge for a few drinks and had a lovely experience. Special thanks to Vy, Hong, and Khoi for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They made us feel comfortable and recommended some excellent drinks. Highly appreciated.

Central location, easy to find markets and walking street. The place was professional and polite. Kha was great at breakfast, helping navigate new foods. The Room was big enough to have luggage at the side so it didn't interfere with access. Loved the chase lounge in room. Given it's a 5 star hotel price was reasonable. Lovely and clean and you didn't hear the corridor traffic,which is outstanding. Service all round including the concierge service was impeccable. The restaurant was great service and food. Loved the Jazz while eating,with the City birthday celebrations. Congratulations to all. I would absolutely recommend.
