Great boutique style hotel with a very nice staff plus room was excellent and clean. The location was very central to everything including a multitude of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Ubicación excelente, desayuno muy variado
Wonderful staff, great location, comfortable room. I lost a necklace of huge sentimental value as I was leaving and the team were very kind in helping me try to locate it.

Good breakfast, good location, nice pool area. Great staff.
Hotel Ismael is a lovely hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the historical city, St Lucia, the restaurant area, San Cristobal . With a park across the road, it is very quiet.
Staff were excellent and very helpful.
nothing.

Loved the pool and the location and the huge bed
The room could’ve been a bit nicer overall but was very functional
Location and amenities
Very nice, modern hotel close to the city centre (walkaboe distance to all main attractions). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable beds.
Rooms are on the small size but nothing to bother us. Pool is v small/same for the terrace.
Sehr großes Bett mit neuwertiger Matratze.
Frühstück sehr lecker
Check in erst um 15 Uhr
Very good location with great views of the Parques Forestal and Metropolitano. Booked a king park view room but believe we we're in a park suite. This was a great place to end our trip to Chile - easy walk to the Plaza de Armas and the Museum of Precolumbian Art and a short metro ride to Parque Quinta Normal and the Museum of Memory & Human Rights. Breakfast was very good albeit a bit crowded at prime time of 8 - suggest eating a bit earlier or later. There are plenty of restaurant options a short walk away for dinner. Bed and room were very comfortable, though some of the room furniture was a bit oddly set-up.
