Vale a pena se hospedar lá!
Pros:

Hotel mto bem localizado. Funcionários solícitos, café da manhã ok. Quarto ótimo!

Cons:

O estacionamento do hotel é pago. Eles indicam um estacionamento privado na rua do hotel. Não sabia disso. Só soube quando cheguei no local.

Una estadía maravillosa
Pros:

Recomendamos el Hotel Ismael por sus instalaciones: la habitación con una vista maravillosa al Parque Forestal, servicio de limpieza impecable, el desayuno muy completo y con mucha variedad de productos. Pero lo que más destacamos de nuestra estadía fue la atención de su personal.

Diego fue un excelente anfitrión, siempre sonriente y dispuesto a ayudarnos y a conversar. José Pablo nos ha hecho sentir en casa con sus manjares.

Definitivamente un lugar especial, en un barrio hermoso y con un personal maravilloso.

Quirky, clean and great location!
Pros:

Very central - great location near good restaurants and cafes. Good breakfasts too!

Cons:

Would be helpful to know how breakfast works a little better. Was hard to know what you could ask for.

Go somewhere better
Pros:

Didn't like this hotel much, very small rooms, glass bathrooms walls so no privacy, not the cleanest, no nice common areas or bar/cafe, breakfast OK, water refill in dining area, seat in reception dirty/stained. Our keys kept on not working as programming the 2 separately and cancelling each other out, constant problem. Key wouldn't open hotel entrance late at night to had to keep banging na yelling to get access with no rear door access. Location was quite good for walking to sites and behind is the restaurant / market street which is great at night. Would definitely not stay here again.
