Pros:

Didn't like this hotel much, very small rooms, glass bathrooms walls so no privacy, not the cleanest, no nice common areas or bar/cafe, breakfast OK, water refill in dining area, seat in reception dirty/stained. Our keys kept on not working as programming the 2 separately and cancelling each other out, constant problem. Key wouldn't open hotel entrance late at night to had to keep banging na yelling to get access with no rear door access. Location was quite good for walking to sites and behind is the restaurant / market street which is great at night. Would definitely not stay here again.

Recommend this place to everyone
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff that are willing to help you anytime you have a question. The chef José Pablo is extremely sweet and nice , he comes out during the breakfast time and greets guests and ask them if they want to try his delicious omelets ( he makes the best omelets). Highly recommend this place.

Ismael hotel is wonderful!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! We enjoyed our stay. Staff was really nice and our room was comfortable. We also loved the location! I’ll definitely stay here is I come back to Santiago!

Nice Place
Pros:

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning.

The highlight of my experience, however, was Marcelo at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and every request was handled promptly. His knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and willingness to help made navigating my visit effortless. Marcelo’s outstanding customer service truly elevated my stay and reflects very positively on the hotel.

Pros:

ME encantó la ubicación, para todo lo que necesitaba hacer no fue necesario usar el auto. Caminando recorrimos mejor y mas tranquilos la ciudad. El personal, muy amables todos. La cama cómoda y una vista insuperable.

Perto de tudo. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Primeiro que chegamos e tomamos banho frio. Segundo que eles passam um valor a mais no cartão quando vc faz o check in e ao final, devolvem. Só que as vezes cobram a mais também e não sabem dizer o pq.

Ótima hospedagem em bairro muito legal
Pros:

O hotel fica em um bairro ótimo, cheio de bares, restaurantes e lojas interessantes. O quarto é espaçoso, com decoração moderna, cama confortável e chuveiro excelente. Os funcionários foram todos muito atenciosos, principalmente no café da manhã. O café é bem variado e a comida estava muito boa.

Nada do que reclamar, estava tudo ótimo.

Bem localizado e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Tinha duas reservas para o hotel. Na primeira, tudo certo. Na segunda, chegamos tarde e não havia água quente para tomar banho. Mesmo com um valor de diária tão alto, não foi dado alternativa.
