Ar condicionado quebrado .Tive que solicitar a troca de quarto.Isso não condiz com a qualidade do hotel. Achei isso péssimo. Pago por um hotel caro pela qualidade.
Não oferece amenidades e colchão muito macio.

Pros:

Gostei do atendimento e dos profissionais que trabalham no hotel. A localização também é um ponto que gostei bastante, com muitos restaurente proximos. O café da manhã é otimo!

Cons:

Da limpeza do banheiro, tinha um cheiro muito forte de agua sanitaria. Mas muito mesmo. Chegava a encomodar se fechasse a porta do banheiro.
