Pros:

Very good and central location, with easy access to many attractions and important areas of Rome.
Overall decent stay and polite staff.
The air conditioning cooled the room properly.
Cleanliness was acceptable and above average overall.

Cons:

The room we received was not exactly the same as the one shown in the booking photos. It was similar, but different from what we expected.
The bathroom had no proper door, only a thin folding divider that was partially transparent, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate in terms of privacy.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy during the night.
The street outside was very noisy in the evening and early morning, making it difficult to keep the windows open.
We also experienced repeated issues with the payment/pre-authorisation process and card handling, which caused unnecessary stress before our arrival.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage um Rom fussläufig zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Drinks und Snacks in der Bar ebenso.

Cons:

Das Personal ist manchmal etwas zu sehr mit sich beschäftigt.

Great hotel - friendly staff and excellent location.
Pros:

Hotel was very well located - just 15 minute walk from key sites (Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc). Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Breakfast was excellent and 'barista' coffees were very good. Rooms were large and in good condition. The 'linked' restaurant 'Clementino' was superb - lovely food and heartily recommended. Only two minor hiccups (i) taxi to airport should have been a minivan (4 adults and a lot of luggage post cruise) but a saloon car arrived and we had to take two separate taxis at additional cost (ii) a tour booked through the hotel for the catacombs and cappuchin ended up just being the catacombs - possibly lost in translation or amended time, but the tour we had was very good. Would visit again without hesitation or any others in the chain.

A lovely hotel that I would highly recommend. The reception staff were helpful, friendly and attentive.
Pros:

The location was great. The modern decor was lovely. The beds were super comfortable. It was clean, tidy and a great standard.

Cons:

It would be lovely to have a nice rooftop bar, we went to the hotel opposite for that!
