Boa localização e quarto confortável.

Cons:

Arrumação do quarto deixou a desejar. Não trocaram os copos sujos e não repuseram o lenço de papel.
Frigobar não gelava nada. Havia shampoo, mas não havia condicionador de cabelo.

Good hotel
Pros:

Staff on arrival very pleasant. Room was OK. Requires more electric sockets as need to charge a lot of things these days. Breakfast was excellent. Free mini bar on arrival which is fantastic.

You have to walk through a tunnel to get to some of the main sites which makes it feel a bit ardous.

Found the bar staff rude. Particularly the woman the worked in the evenings. Perhaps she didn't like the way we looked. Would have given the hotel a 4 had we not encountered her.

Excellent choice!
Aside from a great central location, this cute boutique hotel has an exceptional staff - front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful, regardless of the request.

Our room, for three adults, was spacious and clean; with a contemporary bathroom, excellent air conditioning and helpful toiletries. Overall, the hotel was quiet, with some noise from the street; our room was by the housekeeping closet, and they start early, so there was some opening and shutting of doors - but nothing to be bothered by...

The hotel was clean - the reception area, restaurant, the garden and veranda, all meticulously maintained. The minibar was a nice perk and the AC, during a heatwave, OUTSTANDING!

The central location was walkable to all the sites, with gelato and shopping in the immediate vicinity.

Guilo, in the restaurant, and his entire team, made breakfast a great part of waking up, with their ability to plan and accommodate any food and drink request.

The front desk team, managed all of the arrangements for our taxis and an airport trip with ease...answered suggestions, made sure we were prepared for crowds and weather.

Highly recommended and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great size room with super comfortable bed. Best scrambled eggs I have eaten!

Cons:

They charge €10 to get a drink bought up to the terrace. We couldn’t even get our own from the bar and take it up ourselves

Giulio was a pleasure.
Pros:

I have just completed my stay at Rome times hotel for the last week. The atmosphere and scenery within this hotel and restaurant were beautiful. Giulio was the manager in the restaurant and he was so lovely and attentive, after the first day he had already memorised what we have for breakfast each morning. A relative of mine has a severe nut and peanut allergy, and he was so sure to advocate for us in the kitchen so that there was no risk of and cross contamination. The hotel was so clean and fresh, the beds were so comfy and we always had enough amenities so we never ran out. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever coming to Rome. It is in the middle of all the great attractions such as the colosseum, Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps.

Tony the Bartender- Amazing!
Pros:

Great stay at the hotel. But the best part of our experience was the hospitality, conversations, kindness, and amazing host from our bartender, Tony. Tony made sure every evening we had an amazing time, always gave us new and exciting experiences with our beverages as well as made us so comfortable. If you ever visit the hotel, make sure to go see Tony and he will make you the best drink of your life along with a great conversation!
