Juste génial , un accueil génial , le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, petit déjeuner délicieux repas également, un séjour de détente c’était génial , merci à tout le personnel

It was a very relaxing stay, we booked a massage and it was well worth it. Everything was tastefull.
Pros:

The pools, sauna and hot tub were excellent, beautiful setting.
The food at the restaurant was very good and the wine very reasonable.

Cons:

An umbrella for shade on the room patio.

Lovely hotel located in a quiet area outside Chaves. Lots of facilities including swimming pool, spa, gardens and restaurant.

Great place & quiet location but very understaffed

Gorgeous building in quiet location

Cons:

Pool & Spa area both needed some TLC.
They were also very short of staff - nobody to check us in or out (I had to go find somebody!) To get a drink by the pool I had to go along a corridor, up 2 flights of stairs, through a courtyard to Reception & ask how to get a drink by the pool!!! (There was a poolside bar but it was unmanned!!)
Food in the restaurant was nice.

Incrível.
Pros:

Adoramos a localização, a piscina, o quarto era incrível e especialmente toda a atenção e cuidado que a Sra.Isolde teve connosco, uma funcionária muito simpática e profissional.

Cons:

Gostaria que fosse pet friendly para puder voltar com o meu cãozinho e que não fosse obrigatório usar touca na piscina interior e no jacuzzi pois devido a isso não conseguimos usufruir dos mesmos.
