I was allowed to stay until 12pm but I left 11:15am.
I rang the hotel a day before my arrival and asked them if I could come early. The staff said ‘yes , you can because your room is ready. So I went to Atura at 12pm. A greeted a staff at the front. She seemed not bothered about me . I told her her that I rang a prior to my arrival to see if I can have early check in. She replied no . You can’t and come back at 3pm to check in. She proceeded to talking with her male colleague. I asked if I could leave my bag at the reception and I can go somewhere and come back . She directed me to leave my bag at the reception but no so bothered about me . Unfortunately greeting to be honest. Once I checked in I went into my room at 3:30pm and saw a used tissue on the floor. Carpet looked like they need a good vaccum. Bed was way too soft and uncomfortable.
