1 night stay. Hot shower clean bed and aircon.
Cons:

Room was really old. Wall paper and paint peeling off the walls and door frames. Shower door handles were loose and require a good tightening.

Pros:

The room is big and spacious.

Cons:

We came with a family of 3 generations and booked 4 rooms. I'm disappointed we're given so far apart, we had to wait very long as we requested for our rooms to be nearby.
It seemed that they were short of staff as most request came very late. My room was not clean, and the carpet was not vacuum. The sink and the toilet area were dirty. My doter's room has slightly better lighting and newer facilities unlike mine.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, conveniently near a mall.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of Asian and western food. Hotel is a little tired but very clean in the rooms. Furniture was chipped in a lot of places.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had requested twin beds for my two adult sons travelling with me twice before arrival. The hotel never responded to my messages. When I checked in I confirmed this and was told yes. When we got to their room there was one double bed. When I complained I was told there were no twins available but I could pay for a trundle bed and they would move them the next day when one became available. We had arrived very late at night after a long day so I just paid the extra. All the treadmills in the gym were out of order.
