Pros:

The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable, near to MRT station and within walking distance to the Curve Mall

Cons:

The bathroom floor is at the same level as the main hall walkway, and water will creep out to the main door after washing, not a separation gap between the floor and the door

The Royale Chulan Hotel was an excellent choice, with a pristine well appointed room & great service
Pros:

I checked into the Royale Chulan Damansara Hotel rather late at night as the traffic was rather heavy. The hotel lobby was lovely and the staff were so friendly and cheered me up after enduring being in heavy traffic for such a long time.
I was happy upon entering the room, it was so pleasantly appointed and spacious.
The bathroom was just right, without being too big, and the bath essentials from Aqua Senses were excellent. Towels were nice and changed daily.
The bed was comfortable, and just right for a good restful night. The wardrobe too was sufficient and with good clothes hangars. Ironing board, iron, safe and mini-fridge were all in good condition. The room setting with the large TV was just perfect for me to relax after a long day.
A good tea and coffee provided, with filtered water on tap for the kettle, without having to use plastic bottled water, I love this green effort.
I had a room service breakfast from the menu and it arrived sooner than expected which was nice and hot with a good portion size that I enjoyed.
While I wasn't able to eat all the cakes and buns, the Room Service staff, were kind to place the balance onto a place and nicely covered it, so I could eat some when I got back a little later, I was happy as I'm not fond of wasting food.

The location of the hotel was just right, near the Curve Mall and within easy reach of One Utama and other areas to dine out.
The counter staff were so friendly and courteous. They helped me with directions and even helped me to change large currency notes into smaller notes for the cab.
I really loved my relaxing and peaceful stay at the Royale Chulan Damansara.
I shall book another stay on my next trip to KL. Thanks

Cons:

I found that the toilet seat was of the wrong size to the bowl, and wasn't fastened properly.
I would have preferred that the housekeeping wouldn't ring the doorbell so early in the morning, as I was still asleep... but it is a small issue and I was able to continue my sleep till 10 am.

Pros:

The interior design is very high class decoration and superb

Cons:

1)The TV in the room is not function very well plus their are using normal TV which the picture is not very clear when the frequency is low..

2) The refrigerator is not cold anyway..cannot put food to refrigerate

A bit rundown but still ok.

The food , the atmosphere, the Coffee..

Cons:

I booked 6 rooms 3 days 2 nights during the weekend. All rooms were the same type- premium room. However, half of the room given was lacking in certain facilities such as a refrigerator. Some rooms were given a pair of hotel slippers, some didn't. Most of the TV inside the rooms was having trouble with the TV reception. In room 519, the bathroom sink was clogged before our stay. We were so busy preparing for my sister's wedding that weekend, so we were unable to lodge any complaints. But overall, the hotel can improve further. Thank you.
