Important information:

The property's restaurant will be going through renovation work from 1 November 2023 until 31 December 2024. The renovation on restaurant area is expected to be extended until December 2024.

Please note that during this period the restaurant will be under renovation, and some rooms may be affected by noise. Renovation work is done approximately from 08.00 AM to 06.00 PM (hotel local time) daily.

Again, we had a great tray at the Puri Sading enjoying all the local favourite restaurants.
Pros:

Puri Sading is a 'Go To' for us in recent trips to Bali. It is the laid back Sanur area where there are many restaurants, bars and shopping experiences. We just love the location and wee impressed by the recently completed restaurant/cafe with either airconditioned or open street front areas. The service, food and particularly the coffee matched the quality new surroundings. We will be back !

Cons:

Decor is a little tired. Water pressure was not to strong, but adequate.

Hoped for more quality.
Pros:

Booked room with terrace but got room upstairs. Asked to change rooms as our grandma wasn't able to take all the stairs and had to pay extra for it.
Room was small and quite run down... bathroom old. For the price we ended up paying I expected more quality.
Location in itself is great but hotel has little atmosphere.

Personnels impolis et de mauvaise foi, a fuir

Sous classement pendant 2 nuits,nous avions retenu une chambre avec de grandes portes fenêtres, obligé de se disputer et de porter nos valises à l'accueil pour avoir la chambre réservée au bout de 2 jours.on m'a même dit que les photos ne correspondait pas à la chambre qu elles avaient rajouté pour faire joli.
On a insinué que je mentais pour la carte piscine quand j'ai dit ne pas l'avoir eu en me montrant les caméras à 3 reprises et le lendemain après avoir demandé à se qu'elle visionne les caméras, elle a reconnu ne pas nous avoir donné la carte , obligé d'insister pour avoir des excuses.
Personnels énormément désagréables, se permettant de dire aux clients qu'ils mentent a tort, et de très mauvaise foi, à éviter absolument si vous voulez pas qu'ils vous gâchent votre séjour. Nous n'avions jamais été traités aussi mal et de façon malpoli comme cet établissement.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e colazione compresa ottima
Pros:

Struttura al centro di Sanur, ottima posizione, colazione eccellente locale a scelta fra cibo indonesiano e altre piccole specialità tra dolce e salato, veramente di buon livello. Stanza pulita e molto grande, letto comodo, ottima aria condizionata, nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo 9 !
