Café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

Próximo a um rio que fede muito, principalmente a noite. O quarto 108 tem cheiro ruim, as tomadas estavam soltando da parede. Tem muito morador de rua ao redor do hotel a noite da uma sensação de insegurança.

Pros:

A equipe da manhã muito solicita, chegamos mais cedo do que previsto e pudemos entrar antes no quarto, o café da manhã bem servido e pela ótima localização, com isto podemos conhecer muitas coisas por serem perto ao hotel.

Cons:

Infelizmente na segunda noite de nossa estadia a cortina do quarto quebrou (o parafuso voou longe) e fomos informar a recepção se teria alguém para pode fazer a manutenção ou nos ajudar a fazer algo, pois assim que amanhece o quarto fica muito claro, é desagradávelmente a recepcionista informou que durante a noite não tinha manutenção e não havia oque ser feito e que teríamos que dormir sem a cortina mesmo, na mesma noite solicitamos uma coberta, porque como o ar gela muito durante a noite passamos um pouco de frio, a mesma informou também que já não havia mais cobertas disponíveis, sendo que solicitamos as cobertas logo pela tarde e disseram que tinha disponível, enfim são essas pequenas coisas que nos faz ficar insatisfeitos.
