Complimentary tea & coffee for weary travellers is a must !

The room was quiet, located at the rear away from busy road noise.

Cons:

When I booked I specifically asked for a small glass of milk to be left in the fridge in my room. I arrived after midnight direct from the airport tired and wanting a cup of hot tea, shower and bed. There was no milk. There was no crema. There was NO all in one coffee sachet. I went down stairs to complain. Reception staff were indifferent & arrogant. I walked one kilometre approx to an Indomart convenience store and bought milk. WHY does being a goid host in the hospitality industry have to made so difficult? What about the comfort of guests who have stayed at the premises at least four times previously? There was nothing PRIME about the experience.

Bien placé non loin aeroport- propre- belle piscine non testée toutefous- personnel très gentil - parfait pour 1 nuit av

Cons:

La vue de la chambre sur une cour assez délabrée laisse bon, on ne passe pas sa nuit à la fenêtre !
Le petit déjeuner, notamment le thé : mais c’est sans doute une question de goût.

Modernes sauberes Hotel in Flughafennähe, leider nachts extrem laut.
Pros:

Ich habe wegen eines sehr frühen Fluges ein Frühstückspaket mitbekommen, was sehr hilfreich war.

Cons:

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal gelegen, wenn man einen sehr frühen Flug hat und gerne ein wenig länger schlafen würde. Aber aus genau diesem Grund würde ich nicht noch einmal hier her kommen, denn: Erstens gibt es NULL Schallisolation und man hört noch im 5 Stock mit Fenster zur Rückseite des Gebäudes jedes Moped von der Straße die ganze Nacht sehr laut!! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Hotel ist völlig unzureichend Schallisoliert.
Ebenso schockierend ist der Preis für den Flughafentransfer von ca 1 km: für 150000 Rupien astronomisch. Beides sind gravierende Gründe gegen eine Übernachtung.
