O banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, as camas nada confortável e as áreas comuns bem descuidas, assim como a piscina suja, mesas ao redor tbm e a falta de guarda sol, tinha apenas 1 que estava quebrado.

Ótimo café da manhã e instalações muito boas. A entrada antecipada no quarto também foi autorizada pela equipe de atendimento, já que chegamos um pouco antes do check-in.

Gostamos de tudoooo!! Camas limpas e confortáveis, quarto muito cheiroso ( Leide a arrumadeira muito caprichosa ), café da manhã maravilhoso !! Na recepção muito educadas e cordiais ( Jessica e Rayane ) e adoramos a cadela “gorda” que foi adotada pelo hotel e está muito bem cuidada , esse gesto de bondade e humanidade nos comoveu ! Voltaremos com certeza 👍

Nao volto e nao recomendo a ninguem. Existem opcoes muito melhores na regiao.

Funcionários da recepcao e do café extremamente rudes, e sem o mínimo de empatia para resolver os problemas dos clientes, mesmo diante do erro deles. Havia reservado um quarto, e me colocaram num horrivel, sem box no banheiro. Quarto sujo, lencois sujos. Nao limparam o quarto de um dia para o outro. Descaso total com o cliente. Nunca mais volto.
