L'emplacement
Le confort de la literie. Le bruit de la table de ping pong à 22h...obligé d'appeler la réception.
Le sentiment de nous faire pousser à terminer notre dîner alors que nous avons attendu 15' notre bouteille de vin pour démarrer tranquillement l'apéritif.
Bref pour un 4 étoiles c'est moyen.
El personal era muy amable, el desayuno también estaba bien y abundante. Todo estaba muy limpio.
La ubicación, quizá un poquito lejos de las míticas rutas que hay que hacer y cosas que ver. Las habitaciones están muy limpias pero quizá un poco de estilo más anticuado.

Hotel meraviglioso, immerso in un panorama mozzafiato con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Gli ambienti, arredati in stile tipico, sono curati e accoglienti. La camera è ampia, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile.
La cucina è eccellente, sia a colazione che a cena, con ampia varietà di scelta. La spa è molto bella, perfetta per concedersi qualche ora di relax. Un valore aggiunto è la pasticceria dell’hotel, una vera chicca che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Sehr gutes Essen. Besonders die Antipasti und die Nachspeisen waren sehr gut. Als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren ideal.

Občas výběr z nabídky jídel, ale jde jen o zvyk a osobní preference, na co je člověk zvyklý, sladká jídla, zmrzliny výborné.

das frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. sehr zu empfehlen ist die buchung mit halbpension ,das abendessen war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft, 6 km bis zur bergbahn marmolada, die bergwelt ringsum ist fantastisch, die verständigung mit dem personal ( außer juniorchef ) ist kritisch da hauptsächlich nur italienisch oder englisch gesprochen wird , der wellnesbereich ist gut ausgestattet und nicht überlaufen, es war ein sehr entspannter urlaub

Tomuto rodinnému hotelu sa nedá nič vytknúť, všetko od prijatia, ubytovania, stravy, welnesu bolo na najvyššej úrovni, môžem len doporučiť a ak budeme v tých končinách, isto využijeme znovu ich priateľské služby.
