I’d love to come back!
Pros:

All staff were friendly and cooperative. The food in the open buffet was great and had variety of options to the point that we didn’t need to try à la carte restaurants. I admired the beach and pool. The room was spacious and the jacuzzi was so great and relaxing. Room service was good.

Deniz manzaralı odamızın konumu harikaydı ve bu odayı İbrahim Ali, bebeğimiz olduğu için upgrade ederek verdi. Bunun dışında tesiste marka içme suyu olması. TafTaf araçları sayesinde otel içi kolay ulaşım. Çocuklar için resiften temizlenmiş 3-4metrelik sahilin başlangıcı. Sahilde gölge çocuk oyun parkı sevdiklerimiz.

Cons:

Ana restoranda yemek saatlerinde çalışan sayısı az. Kimse ne içersiniz diye sormuyor. Bebek sandalyesi aramakla geçiyor. Bir de otelin müşterilerinin %95'i Rus. Herkes sizi rus sanıp öncelikle rusça konuşuyor. Bu sorun değil ama çalışanlar resepsiyon neredeyse hiç ingilizce bilmiyor bilhassa valiz taşıyanlar hiç bilmiyor.
