Cons:

sehr in die Jahre gekommen; Flure weisen Löcher in den Wänden auf; Tapeten sind vergilbt und rissig; TV hat nicht funktioniert, aber das Hotel hat mit Aushang darauf hingewiesen; Suite ist baulich nicht durchdacht; so ist z.B. keine Lüftung im separaten Ankleidezimmer, was zu schlechter Luftqualität führt; zudem lässt sich Tür nicht offenhalten; Heizung war abgestellt und nur auf 2maliges Nachfragen wurde separater Heizlüfter gebracht.

Pros:

У готелі було дуже затишно, а ліжко — просто неймовірне! 😍 Я була в повному захваті, адже на ньому справді можна чудово відпочити та виспатися. Також дуже сподобався стильний і сучасний інтер’єр. Залишилися лише приємні враження! ❤️

Cons:

Найбільше нас засмутила ситуація з бронюванням. Ми заздалегідь забронювали номери в одному готелі, але після приїзду виявилося, що нас не можуть заселити, оскільки вільних номерів немає. У результаті нас направили до іншого готелю, який був значно далі від центру та місця, де ми планували зупинитися. Це спричинило чимало незручностей і залишило дуже неприємне враження.

Також у номері не було базових засобів гігієни, таких як зубні щітки, зубна паста та ватні палички. З огляду на вартість проживання, було б приємно, якби такі дрібниці були передбачені.

Загалом найбільшим мінусом стала саме ситуація з початковим бронюванням, адже ми розраховували на одне місце проживання, а обставини склалися зовсім інакше.

Ein Zimmer mit spektakulärer Aussicht, das das Fernsehprogramm obsolet macht ...
Pros:

Wir haben im Hotel ein Upgrade erhalten, so dass wir ein Zimmer im 11. Stock mit Ausblick auf die gesamte Frankfurter Skyline hatten. Da das Bett direkt vor der Fensterfront aufgebaut war, konnte man von dort aus wunderbar den Ausblick genießen. Das restliche Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht riesig, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer war zudem relativ neu gestaltet und ausgesprochen komfortabel. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der besten, das ich jemals in einem Hotel geehen habe - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze sind mit 45 Euro pro Nacht relativ teuer, so dass man gute beraten ist, um die Ecke für 28 EUR zu parken - Frankfurt ist ahlt für Autofahrer kein billiges Pflaster ...

Schönes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung in sehr gut erreichbarer Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Frankfurter Innenstadt, circa 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof. Wir hatten eine super Aussicht auf die Frankfurter Skyline. Alles war sauber und unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut erfüllt.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles gut. Leider ist (zumindest bei uns) mitten im Zimmer vom Bett in Richtung Bad eine Stufe eingebaut, die man auch immer auf dem Schirm haben sollte. Sonst kann man leicht ins Stolpern oder gar Stürzen kommen. Ansonsten war alles top. Für die Umgebung, die rund um den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache ist, kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Gutes Hotel, wenn die Aufzüge repariert sind.
Pros:

Gute und zentrale Lage. Saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider waren die Aufzüge eine Katastrophe. Das muss schnell gelöst werden. Einer war dauerhaft defekt. Ein Zweiter schloss zwar die Türen, fuhr dann aber nicht los oder blieb unterwegs einfach stehen. Und der Dritte hielt dann an jeder Etage und war überfüllt.

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte, und ohne Teppich war es auch fusskalt. Außerdem gab es keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit. Es war zusätzlich sehr laut, da es neben den Fahrstühlen war und die Maschine immer zu hören war.

Great stay, will stay again.
Pros:

The room is clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very efficient. Location is also great and in a quiet street but in walking distance to restaurant, centre of town and Messe.

Cons:

I could hear the guest upstairs walking around the room though it wasn't too bad.
