ich mußte glaube ich, bei der Buchung mein Geb.Datum angeben: für eine betagte Person ist ein Bad mit Wanne unpassend. Die Halterung der Duschstange war unzureichend befestigt. Die Extra Liege im Zimmer braucht kein mensch. Der TV Apparat stoppte die Sendung regelmäßig.
The room was specious and clean! It had many unique features in it. We loved it!
The hotel staff were warm and very friendly at all times - they all communicated really well in English and provided advice and support in every way. The view from the room was lovely, the position was great and the opportunity to use hotel bikes was a bonus for us.
The only issue we had was that we arrived late and there was no food available at the bar after 9pm.

Parkkosten i.H.v. 45€ für eine Nacht in der gegenüber liegenden öffentlichen Apcoa-Tiefgarage. Hier sollte sich der Hotelbetreiber vielleicht um einen Gästetarif bemühen, zumal das Hotel über die TG betreten werden kann.
Die Aussicht war wie letztes Mal fantastisch.
Es gab in der Lobby leider keine veganen Snacks.

The hotel had many useful facilities, some of which I discovered during my stay and others which I suspect may remain undiscovered to this day. There was, for example, a 24-hour shop. This was an excellent idea, although instructions explaining how to access it would have transformed it from an interesting theoretical possibility into a facility.
The most memorable service was provided by the gentlemen attending to the smoke alarm, who entered my occupied room without knocking. Until that moment I had assumed the door represented a boundary between my hotel room and the rest of Frankfurt. This turned out to be an unnecessarily rigid interpretation of architecture.
