Location is close to many facilities

Walls need to be repainted

Noise from up
Pros:

The location and the staffs are very nice, accommodating and offers genuine service.

Cons:

The noise from the rooftop. I am in the 10th floor. Unfortunately i can hear the mechanical noise ,🫣 i asked the staff ,he said it the filtration mechanics for the pool. So i kept my headphone on till evening just not to be bothered from noise.
