Please note that the Candle Spa is open daily from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.

Children up to 10 years old are only allowed in the Kids Spa when accompanied by an adult, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Each room is entitled to use the SPA facilities for 50 minutes a day. Reservation is necessary.

Avoid!!
Pros:

Easy access off the Camino

Cons:

Between a 1 night stay and dinner / drinks we paid €360. Before heading to bed we tried to get water refilled and were sent from the restaurant, to reception and then to the bar where we had to buy water for €3. This hotel is about maximising profit from customers and not maximising customer experience. Would not recommend!

Tous services de qualité.
Pros:

Hotel avec des services tous d'excellente qualité.
On ne risque pas de se tromper.

Cons:

.... Et pourtant quand on n'est pas motorisé et avec un sac sur le dos, c'est loin !
Pour le restaurant, malgré que vous ayiez une chambre à l'hotel, vous n'êtes pas sûr de pouvoir dîner si vous n'avez pas réservé ! Heureusement le restaurant de l'autre côté de la rue vous dépannera avantageusement.

O tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

O Hotel é antigo e nota-se que está a precisar de manutenção, nomeadamente na zona da piscina.
Não corresponde aos padrões de um Hotel de 4 estrelas.
O pessoal tem pouca preparação/formação.
Funcionários da recepção pouco expeditos.
No check out disseram-nos que tínhamos de pagar a taxa turística. Mais tarde verificamos, que esta taxa já havia sido paga, pois estava já incluída no valor total do alojamento. Enviamos e-mail para o hotel e devolveram o valor.
Estes erros de cobranças adicionais, não podem acontecer...
Durante o pequeno almoço, não esteve nunca nenhum funcionário do hotel presente na sala.
À tarde na piscina, pedimos um snack (uma sandes). Colocaram o prato nas mesas localizadas junto ao restaurante. Pedimos se podiam colocar a sandes num prato próprio para levarmos para as espreguiçadeiras, mas informaram que não tinham pratos de plástico, ou seja, não têm loiça própria para apoio à zona da piscina.
Também para jantar, informaram-nos na receção, que não poderíamos simplesmente decidir na hora e comparecer no restaurante. Caso quiséssemos jantar no hotel, seria necessário efetuar reserva com antecedência. Acabou por ser benéfico, porque face a estas exigências, decidimos não ficar a jantar no hotel e fomos a um restaurante localizado em frente, do outro lado da estrada, onde comemos muito bem e onde fomos muito bem recebidos.
Não corresponde ao serviço de um hotel de 4 estrelas e não nos deixou vontade de regressar.

Pros:

The facilities were great. We were given access to the pool area before checkin which was very nice. A bit confusing if the food offering was available or not . Room and view was fantastic and overlooking the river. Stamps available for the camino
