Please note that the Candle Spa is open daily from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00.

Children up to 10 years old are only allowed in the Kids Spa when accompanied by an adult, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Each room is entitled to use the SPA facilities for 50 minutes a day. Reservation is necessary.

Wonderful holiday
Pros:

Pool was perfect for the kids, clean and lovely to lounge round. There is a wonderful view from the restaurant of sunset over the river which is absolutely beautiful. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day. The staff are really lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay good and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning.

Cons:

Just a few things that would have made it even better, the spa has a charge for required equipment (flip flops and a hat) which for a family of 4 feels a bit much , the beautiful view of sunset from the restaurant I would have loved to enjoy while having a drink rather than having to have a meal. And a glass of wine in the bar rather than needing to buy a small bottle.

Cons:

Não tiveram o cuidado de oferecer óculos para os hóspedes observarem o eclipse. Só tinham direito se fizessem a reserva de jantar sendo que o mesmo não era nada de especial e até nem gostamos do prato escolhido e era 40 euros por pessoa.
Achamos incorreto e ridiculo pelo menos deviam ter o bom senso de oferecer um par por quarto . Acho que assim era um gesto de cuidado e bonito para com os hóspedes.

Super positionnement, juste dommage quelques détails de structure sinon je recommande vivement!
Pros:

La proximité avec la plage est vraiment top!
Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et le personnel très accueillant!
Le lit était très confortable!
la chambre est tout a fait dans les attentes de ce prix là

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas correctement.
Nous entendons beaucoup les gens dans le couloir et dans les autres salles de bain (La chambre par contre pas)
Le parking souterrain est très compliqué...

Beautiful hotel, a little out of the city in the mountains. A wonderful getaway.
Pros:

New, beautifully designed and clean. The view was amazing. Staff were friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Food was delicious. Pools and spa areas were very well maintained.

Las chicas de recepción nos dijeron que el check out era a las 11 y que el spa no debería ser después. Al día siguiente al hacer el checkout la chica de repeción deo tro turno nos dijo que podíamos hacer checkeout a las 12.30 ...
El desayuno tiene mucha variedad pero deasiada gente, estaría bien hacer turnos o que feura por reserva.
