Please note that the Candle Spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Children up to 10 years of age may only use the Kids Spa when accompanied by an adult, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Each room is entitled to use the spa facilities for 50 minutes per day.

Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability at the time of booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

El desayuno muy bien, con buena variación de alimentos.
La ubicación también muy buena.

Cons:

Que en la habitación no hubiera una butaca con respaldo, tuvimos que usar las que había en el balcón. Por lo demás todo bien.

La limpieza, la atención y su ubicación.

Cons:

Para empezar, el mantenimiento del spa, descuidado, con partes que no funcionaban y bastante abandonado la verdad. El número de personas que entran de cada vez, es horrible tienes que esperar para todo, y por último, que los niños (nosé la edad) estén en la piscina saltando, buceando y jugando como en un parque de atracciones....entiendo que la culpa es de los padres pero si se preocupan de entrar para avisarte de que acaba el tiempo tambien pueden vigilar de vez en cuando el comportamiento.....no es la primera vez que vamos, igual por eso esta vez me esperaba todo perfecto.

Le parking en sous sol appréciable pour la voiture
La vue de notre chambre sur piscine
Le petit déjeuner était très bien

Cons:

L entrée de l hôtel extérieur à nettoyer les escaliers tachés de noir
je ́ ne savais pas qu'il pouvait y avoir des couloirs avec de la moquette et surtout notre chambre 224 ( Je ne sais pas les autres) avec de la moquette nids a poussière et microbes et donc en plus des tâches c est vraiment a revoir
La literie est plus que passable
Ce n'est pas digne d un 4 étoiles
Le repas au restaurant est cher pour des pâtes mal cuisiner

Llegamos y no teníamos habitación aún ,( llegando más tarde de checking) en la zona del spa solo es 1h y no puedes elegir horario xq está completo ,y la opción que nos daban era a las 16 sin habernos dado la habitación,finalmente debido a las quejas accedieron nos dieron habitación 16.15 y tuvimos q cambiarnos rápido bajamos spa y decepcionante agua fría ,piscinas pequeñas el suelo era un vinilo que andabas y estaba como despegado ,fuimos por el spa y no volveremos por el spa.

Cons:

De kamer die ze ons gaven was helaas nog bezet. Maar het personeel gaf ons meteen een andere propere kamer. Top opgelost! De spa is aan verbetering toe! Wat opfrissing!

El spa muy descuidado muchas cosas no funcionaban el suelo de las paredes estaba todo despegado. El billar muy caro los ascensores un peligro se cierran solos.la televisión no tenía canales internacionales.

En la habitación no había jabón en el baño, se olvidaron de dejarnos albornoces en la habitación y tuvimos que bajar a la planta del spa para obtenerlos
