Hotel totalmente desorganizado e sem gestão. Estacionamento complicado (em outra rua) e acesso somente por escadas. Para entrar e sair do estacionamento tem q avisar antes para um funcionario ir abrir o portao (mesmo avisando antes fiquei mais de 10min esperando). Camareira entrando no quarto enquanto eu estava lá (absurdo) Café da manha extremamente fraco poucas opções (pães velhos, bolos de massa pronta)..

É um bom custo benefício, vale pela localização e de frente para a praia
Pros:

A localização é excepcional, em frente à praia, perto de tudo. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é bom e tem uma vista muito bonita (último andar).

Cons:

A estrutura é um pouco antiga e simples, o hotel é baixo (apenas 4 andares), por ser praia não dá pra aproveitar tanto a vista, especialmente se pegar os primeiros andares. O estacionamento é bastante apertado e fora de mão (tem que ficar pedindo para o funcionário abrir: parar o carro na recepção, pedir pra abrir, retornar para o carro e dar a volta no quarteirão pra guardar, pois a entrada é na rua de trás).

Perto de tudo, ótima localização! Funcionários super simpáticos e solícitos. Café delicioso com uma vista linda! Preço ótimo.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto e do banheiro. Os lençóis tinham cabelo e o banheiro estava com sujeira de muito tempo, precisa de uma limpeza mais pesada. No box não tinha onde apoiar sabonete.
