Esperava mais dos quartos, ficamos no segundo andar e minha mãe sofreu a viagem inteira com a rinite alérgica por causa do mofo que tinha no teto e o guarda roupa fedia a mofo também, esperamos mais do café da manhã tinha poucas variedades, por termos pago um valor alto esperávamos quartos limpos sem mofo e um café colonial.

Cons:

Minha única reclamação é sobre os cobertores. Estavam com um cheiro que não era agradável e tinha tufos de cabelo presos ao tecido. Preferi não usar. Fora isso, tudo maravilhoso.

Ter copos no quarto para tomar remédio. Mais cabides de parede para pendurar as toalhas molhadas uma vez que há aviso de que, se não for para pedir troca de toalha, basta deixar pendurada.

Amabilidade dos funcionários e bom café da manhã.

Café da manhã bom,com bastante variedade, porém senti falta de leite sem lactose e de outro bolo sem ser o de chocolate.

Cons:

Um ponto negativo do quarto é o sistema de chave. Como a chave está junto com o cartão que aciona a energia do apartamento, em caso de emergência ,ao retirar o cartão a luz se apaga e dificulta a visibilidade para por a chave na fechadura.Se usassem aquele cartão magnético e outro tipo de fechadura seria um investimento muito favorável pela segurança.
