Pros:

A localização é excelente.

Cons:

Reservei um quarto superior, esperando uma vista bonita, mas era de frente pra uma parede.
Café da manhã com poucas opções, os bolos e pães não eram frescos.
Os atendentes não tem simpatia.
A luz central do quarto não acendia, só uma luz q ficava na porta, então o q quarto a noite ficava escuro.

A localização é boa. E o quarto estava limpo

Cons:

Paguei 309 reais para ficar em um quarto minúsculo. O Banheiro estava com o ralo entupido. Já é a segunda vez que pega por um quarto no booking e fico num quarto bem abaixo do valor pelo qual paguei nesse hotel.

Decepcionante e traumatizante!!!
Cons:

A reserva foi cancelada devido à falta de compromisso e respeito do hotel!
Hotel não ofereceu quartos próximos solicitados no ato da reserva;
Atendimento tumultuado no balcão, exceto pela atendente Josiane, profissional e prestativa;
A atendente sênior nos ignorou o tempo todo, agindo como uma robô;
Ao me dirigir ao carro na área do hotel, eu e minha família fomos ameaçados e achincalhados por um grupo de motoboy e motoristas de aplicativo com postura digna de marginais;
Não foi dada nenhuma orientação para o desembarque na área do hotel;
Vergonhoso e traumatizante!
Nunca mais ponho os pés neste estabelecimento e não recomendo a ninguém!!!
Uma das piores experiências da minha vida!

Localização na lagoa da pampulha, muito segura, em frente ao tenis clube e ao lado de um posto policial, da pra andar tranquilamente.
