Fuyez : Des prestations très loin des cinq étoiles annoncées : nous sommes partis une nuit plus tôt.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner, seul point positif de notre séjour

Cons:

Une grande déception pour un hôtel annoncé cinq étoiles, à environ 500 € par nuit pour deux chambres. Restaurant de plage et bar extérieur fermés, accès à la plage obstrué par des dunes et des tôles, piscine extérieure fermée et aucun transat malgré le beau temps. L’ampleur de ces fermetures n’était pas clairement annoncée.

L’espace piscine intérieure et wellness était sombre, froid, sans serviettes, avec des travaux en cours et une propreté insuffisante. Dans les chambres : traces évoquant des moisissures, cheveux dans la douche, murs et lavabo abîmés, douche branlante chez nos enfants et bruit important de soufflerie. Des événements commerciaux occasionnaient également beaucoup de bruit, jusque pendant le petit déjeuner avec de la musique forte et des essais de sonorisation.

La réception s’est montrée peu conciliante face à nos remarques et a refusé le remboursement de la seconde nuit. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel après une seule nuit sur les deux réservées, tant les prestations étaient éloignées de celles attendues.

Cons:

AC didn't work in the room. Instead of changing us to another room we had to wait for over an hour in a hot room, not able to unpack, just in case. Main restaurant is overpriced for the quality

Relaxing break in lovely surroundings.
Pros:

Junior suite was very nice, spacious, large comfortable bed, good air con, nice bathroom. Towels changed twice a day. Pool area was lovely, good sized pool, comfy loungers. For the most part, the staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Easy to walk to lovely restaurants along the canals.

Cons:

Only comments are that there wasn’t a proper bar area - it is next to reception. There is a huge space with sofas around the edges - all very nice, but we felt that more could be made of it. For some reason, the pool bar closed during the day part way through the week, so getting something to eat at lunch time became harder.

Doesn’t live up to expectations sadly
Pros:

Cons:

Noisy air con that barely worked
Room on the side of road, music from local bar kept us awake until late every night
Could hear next door sneezing and using the toilet in the middle of night
No ramp and no doorman to help going into hotel up the stairs, very poor service
Had to chase the staff around the pool every day to order drinks and food, very unacceptable, they were sitting chatting and smoking
