Wonderful relaxing stay in a beautiful beachfront hotel.

Entspannung im schönen Hotel.

Man kann hier auch im Hochsommer sehr gut entspannen. Tolle Außenanlage mit großem Pool. Strand ist nicht überfüllt. Sehr Nice 🙌🫶

A 5 star hotel does not.....
Pros:

1. Go into your room (twice) when you have the Do Not Disturb sign on and then say that it never happened. My husband and I did not make our bed, open our curtains and roll the towels into nice tight patterns.
2. Lock your AC at 21 during a Red Alert heatwave. They even had a sign at reception (for all to see) tell people not to unlock the rooms A/C below 21C. Tacky.
3. Start remodeling the spa during your stay without any signage until day 5. I slowly got the idea when there were no towels, the sauna and steam room didn't work, and i was stepping over rubble to use the pool. Sign didn't go up until 3-4 days after all of this. The construction was not a surprise. Where was the notice on the website? Why weren't we told on check in or communicated to? I even emailed the spa for an appointment with no response. That is poor.
4. Take an average of probablly 12 minutes to serve you a drink.

On the plus side, it was a well kept and manicured hotel. The pool staff were very nice.
