Cons:

Hotel ruim no atendimento. Tô esperando a uma semana pra me enviarem as botas fiscais de hospedagem e estacionamento separadas. Enviaram uma só, isso que pedi 3x e ressaltei. Aí falaram que iam refazer. Já faz 1 semana e nada. Não recomendo. Atendimento péssimo!

Ocorreu tudo ok, porém não me hospedaria novamente

Botões embutidos de luz do quarto não funcionam
Banheiro precisa de reforma

Café da manhã bem fraco
Poucas opções de frutas e bolos (são secos)
Funcionários nada simpáticos

Água da piscina não é quente, é só quebra gelo (29C)
No inverno não tem como ficar dentro da água
E foi um dos hotéis que escolhemos porque pensamos que as crianças conseguiriam aproveitar no hotel mas ficaram nem 30 min.

A recepção é o cartão de entrada do hotel, se espera: cortesia, acolhimento e simpatia.
Pros:

De modo geral o hotel é bom, limpeza ok.
Café da manhã é bom e quem recepcionou é agradável.
Achei mais cortesia e acolhimento nas camareiras, encontrei uma no elevador e foi encantadora.

Cons:

A cama não é muito confortável.
Equipe de recepção que me atendeu na chegada não foram muito atenciosos e nem acolhedores.
Área da piscina não chama muito a atenção, não é convidativa com a iluminação. Os móveis ok. Inclusive reservamos por causa da piscina, mas a minha filha que tem 12 anos não gostou, não achou interessante e agradável.

No booking falava que tinha garagem e manobrista, quando não tinha mais… indicaram um lugar pra pôr com um custo que não foi por conta do hotel, café da manhã deixou muito a desejar… mesa do café estava quebrada, academia estava interditada em manutenção, banheiro acessível a cadeirante também interdidado!

Piscina com água fria a onde dizia térmica não estava esquentando
Telefone não funcionava pra ligar recepção
Por final o meu carro quando fui receber ele estava com botão do pisca alerta travado e a gerente foi bem arrogante na hora de resolver sendo que o carro foi deixado com manobrista e ainda tive que pagar estacionamento no valor de 55 reais por dia
