Chuveiro que não esquenta e torneira fria não condiz com o valor da hospedagem e categoria luxo

Localização e o atendimento são dois aspectos que chamam a atenção positivamente. Utilizamos tambem a piscina aquecida e super indico essa opção. Possibilidade de carregar o carro eletrico

Cons:

Ao reservar o quarto cliquei numa opção que parecia ser mais espaçosa com banheira inclusa, ao chegar lá não era nada disso. O chuveiro não esquentava 100% do tempo, caia e oscilava entre frio e quente e a torneira do wc só tinha opção "fria". Estacionamento pago não fui informado com antecedencia.

Serviço muito bom , atenciosos, tem o serviço de garagem e o valor é bom. Café da Manhã está de acordo, apartamentos bons, chuveiros bons.

Já fiquei outras vezes no HM, nós adoramos. Piscina bem quentinha, quartos bons. Aconchegante.

Cons:

Podiam colocar smart tvs no quarto, aquelas televisões que tem são antigas e os canais não são bons. Tirando isso, a acomodação é boa e aconchegante.

Os travesseiros não são bons, achei um pouco desconfortável, e perto do hotel tem obra, tinha muito barulho de criança gritando acho que nos prédios ao lado, e a garagem não é deles, é terceirizada, paguei 50 reais a diária pra poder usar a garagem, e isso não é informado no anúncio, eu escolhi o hotel achando que teríamos garagem inclusa, e não que teria que pagar por fora
