All the staff were fantastic. The doormen leapt into action to open the door and carry luggage. The front desk staff made check in and out extremely simple .
The breakfast was ok a great range of food , the toaster worked great and the jam was tasty.
A special shout out to the bar staff at the rooftop bar which is where the swimming pool is. They were extremely hospitable and provided excellent bar service. Happy hour is at a good time and the cocktails are refreshing and prepared excellently. My favourite would have been the mojito which had fresh mint and lime, very refreshing.
The rooftop pool was good big enough to do small laps and deep enough to easily get fully wet. The view across the river is fantastic, watching the river traffic and the non stop road traffic is mesmerising.
My room faced the city as I really needed a quiet room and it certainly was .
The barhroom was clean, shower had hot water very hot actually and was cleaned impeccably by housekeeping every day.
The bed was huge with crisp white sheets and had a big screen tv positioned perfectly to lie-in bed and watch it.
The mini bar had a small selection of cold drinks at very reasonable prices and I did have a couple of cold beers from it.
The hotel is very easy to access on a main road. There are convenience stores a short walk , as are restaurants and bars .
If you are brave enough to walk across the road out front of the hotel there is a ferry terminal offering tourist cruises something I did and can definitely recommend.
Nothing except I stayed in two hotels in ho chi minh city I should have stayed at one , this one.

You should definitely come here when visiting Saigon; I absolutely love this hotel. It offers a beautiful view overlooking the river, the staff are attentive and enthusiastic, and the sky bar is the best—I love it!
Rooms and Rooftop bar and pool are wonderful.
The Lobby does not have much character or energy. It's hard to get to by car and super busy street side.

Hotel in the center, close to main important points to visit

Crap wifi in rooms, aircon dining was difficult to get to work.
Nice hotel, super convenient for the ferry terminal and close to walking street. Located on a very busy road, could hear just a little road noise on the 8th floor until around 11pm when it calmed down, Room was immaculately clean with a spotless recently updated bathroom. Good breakfast.
