I had a wonderful experience at Saigon Riverside Hotel. The location is great, with beautiful river views and convenient access to many attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to coming back again.

All round good hotel.
Nothing specific to the property but having paid extra for a high floor and view of the river, there was a building site immediately across the road. Somewhat spoilt what was being paid extra for.

Works construction on river. Noise constant , not hotels fault but they should inform booking guests and put them in another room

Great location and rooftop bar that we didn’t know existed. Pool was refreshing.
It has Starbucks, and 7Eleven nearby. The view was nice, facing the morning sun and the river. It is not too far from Ben Thant market, although with the heat, a car is more convenient. If you stay at the Executive Floor, you get to enjoy a better breakfast at the 23rd Floor, a nice afternoon tea with sweet and savoury bites, a good evening cocktail and more finger food before your dinner. In addition, we were also given 3 pieces of complimentary laundry per day, and 3 pieces of chocolate every night. Oh, the service on the 23rd floor was really good. We had Mr Cong serving us breakfast and Ms Uyen serving us the afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Their service was commendable. And I love their in-house Vietnamese iced coffee. Simply unforgettable stay I had.
Hotel on 5star level. I used executive lounge with special care from Uyen. I really appreciate her hospitality and her drinks.
Our concierge Hoa was the highlight of our stay here. He organised a restaurant booking for us at Tam Vi on n Han oi.
