Pros:

We were lucky enough that we had Executive Lounge access for our three day stay. Ms Yuen was lovely from the outset. She was very attentive and friendly. She’s made our stay a personal one. The sky bar was ok, not my favourite but as a whole we really liked the hotel. The position is perfect for exploring the city.

Best clean friendly service
Pros:

Me and my mrs very very thankful to Thai captain and An ho manager in central restaurant looking after us like a family ….excellent service by both and I gona recommend my family and friends in Australia New Zealand Fiji America and Canada we really really appreciate the service overall.

Pros:

Hoa was great and so helpful! Beautiful hotel. Absolutely a pleasure. Very luxurious and so accommodating. Will definitely return. Also a great location. Definitely recommend!

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung im Vergleich zum Liberty Central Citypoint letztes Jahr nicht gerechtfertigt.
Zimmer vom Standart her geringer, Möbel im Speisesaal in die Jahre gekommen.

Pleasent hotel for staying , food quality is great.

I had a wonderful experience at Saigon Riverside Hotel. The location is great, with beautiful river views and convenient access to many attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.

Nothing specific to the property but having paid extra for a high floor and view of the river, there was a building site immediately across the road. Somewhat spoilt what was being paid extra for.
