Great place very enjoyable
Pros:

The place is clean, the staff exceptional especially Agus there was problem with our room when we arrived and Agus went out of his way to put things right and he did swiftly.
Very rooms all you needed close to shops bars restaurants etc will stay again

Cons:

One thing for older people a bit of a problem getting in and out of the pool with no steps or handrails, there is a step but it high from the bottom and low from the top

Great first stay near airport. Friendly staff. Nice clean room for the price
Pros:

Really cool area tucked away in Kuta but not far from airport. Staff were exceptional as the other reviews say. Guy at the door didn’t hesitate to grab my bag and take it up to the room. Room was basically but clean. Nice double bed and an ensuite. Well worth the price and a great place to stay on your first night in Bali.

Cons:

Nothing really. Great for the price.

Pros:

The location is amazing, and I am more than thankful for the staff. I chose this place to spend my last 12 hours when my flight was delayed. I needed a good area and a clean, welcoming place. I was a bit clumsy and booked a day ahead of the day I should have arrived. The guy at the front desk could have easily turned us away. Instead, he fixed the issue and gave us the room a day earlier. I asked for an early check-in, and he gladly let us check in around 10 AM. He offered advice about the area and even gave us a map. The hotel itself is super clean and has an amazing walking-distance location from everything. I really recommend them.

Pros:

Centrally located but a little out of the way in a lane way. The staff were lovely.
There's also a few little cats at the property. They might come out and say hello if you're sitting by the pool.
