Very handy location to the airport. Only stayed a few hours for a very late flight home. Very comfortable and staff very accommodating. Upgraded us to a bigger room and close to the front to get in and out easily. Great location for a very short stop in Kuta.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Organised free transport to airport which was greatly appreciated. Price great for such a central location, could walk anywhere, only 850m to beach and 600m to Bali monument. Plenty of places to eat nearby. X2 small bottles of water provided daily which was appreciated.
Water temp and pressure - water luke warm and pressure terrible - staff kindly attempted numerous times to fix but to no avail. My room was down end on 2nd floor at back of block and very dark with no breeze so smelt stale and chairs/table were in dark corner facing straight into concrete wall so never sat there. My friends room next door was much better although she too battled with water temp and pressure but got nice breeze we both enjoyed.
