ホテルにチェックインからチェックイアウトまでの間の接客もとても良かったです。

An excellent mid-priced stay in the heart of Osaka.
Pros:

This was our last stop after Tokyo and Kyoto for 3 nights. And it was a perfect mid-priced stay for us. Just 5 minutes walk from the main centre in Dotonbori with excellent transport links. The room was perfectly comfortable but the icing on the cake was the Spa on the 2nd level. This was open from 3pm until 10am and offered a much needed pampering after over a week on our feet. Sauna, cold bath, hot spring baths and washing/drying stations with everything you need - shaving foam, soaps, creams etc. It was a real treat, and free! Staff were excellent when needed. Japan is so cheap at the moment for UK visitors and none of our stays disappointed.

A convenient, comfortable and friendly hotel. Highly reccomend.
Pros:

We loved the facilities and location. The onsen was well-equipped, including lots of thoughtful extras such as ice-creams to have afterwards. The restaurant offered delicious Japanese style breakfast, and ramen to have in the evening. Room was comfortable and quiet despite being on a lively street. Staff was really kind and helpful. It's just a few minutes walk away from Dotonburi, or Nagahoribashi station. We would definitely stay at this chain again in the future.

無料のアイスやヤクルトなどありがたかった　朝食も非常に美味しかった
帰りにタクシーを呼んでと頼むと費用が高くてなるのでと　フロントのかたが雨の中道路に出て拾ってくれた
とても嬉しかったです

特にないのですがひとつだけ
化粧するのに洗面台にしかおおきな鏡がなくて　テレビ横に少し大きな鏡が欲しかった。椅子に座って化粧ができる様にして欲しいです

Amazing value right in Nanba
Pros:

I’ve stayed in Dormy onsen hotels in other cities in Japan and will continue to do so, as they are incredibly good value and very consistent quality. The Dormy Inn Premium Nanba was no different (not sure what makes it Premium, though perhaps the decor was slightly more elevated). There’s another Dormy, the confusingly named Dormy Inn Premium Nanba Annex, right across the street.

I stayed in a Business Single and it was amazing value for this location, in the heart of the Nanba area and within 5 min walk of the Dotonbori. The Business Single has no bathtub or shower but instead you have your own washer/dryer combo machine, right in your room. It was incredibly convenient. There’s a large bar in front of the window for hang-drying, if you want to skip the drying cycle.

There’s a nice onsen on 2F which has the typical Dormy offerings of free ice cream after 3pm, and laundry facilities. This one has 3 washers (complimentary) and 3 dryers (¥100 for 20mins of drying time) in each of the men’s and the women’s onsen. There’s also free ramen from 9:39-11pm, another typical Dormy offering. As usual, there was a bottle of cold water in my fridge and a snack (banana bread).

You can’t go wrong with the Dormy Inn onsen hotels!
