A Nice Motel
Pros:

Although they advertise themselves as a “boutique hotel,” there’s not much boutique about it. But it’s a great place to stay: very reasonably priced.
It is an older motel that has been nicely renovated. The rooms are modern and clean. Ours was quiet.
There is a lovely patio area overlooking the Pagosa River; it’s a great place to sit with a drink!
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They assured us our rooms would be ready for an early check-in, so we could drop off my husband who didn’t want to accompany us to the hot springs!
The location is great, just outside of main town, with restaurants in walking distance, along the lovely river trail. We walked up to a brewpub (Riff Raff) and enjoyed some beers and dinner.
I would certainly stay here again!

Pros:

Great location, clean, comfortable, quiet, professional and friendly staff! Highly recommend this place! We've stayed on the first and second floors and both are great. The second-floor room had gorgeous view of the mountains, which was a plus for us. Meander Restaurant a 2-minute walk away, and Wild Finch, another great place for dinner, a short drive from the Inn. Kai and Casper, at the check-in desk, extremely helpful and kind.

Location, Price, Cleanliness Plus Walking Distance to Town Make This An Outstanding Value.
Pros:

The breakfast, a buffet style stroll was mostly cold items, e.g. fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, muffins. However, a waffle grill and batter was available. The breakfast area is in a separate dedicated, well-lit room with tables for mostly four guests.
Our room was very clean and the shower superb with easily regulated hot water that one could turn on without having to step in to regulate.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helped us with directions to local restaurants which were in walking distance.

Even though the hotel is located very near a busy highway, a two lane secondary road made reaching it very easy to reach. Ample parking is located right outside the lobby door. The hotel's back door is close to a cement pedestrian walk right along the river.

Cons:

No suggestions.

Quick in and out
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The inn is fine, but certainly not worth all of the "hype" with high ratings. For what they charge (over $200/night), one would expect something more than your basic inn. The breakfast was not worth talking about...

If we're ever back in Pagosa springs we will definitely stay there
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice the staff was awesome room was very clean but I wouldn't really consider it romantic but we enjoyed our stay there very much
