Pros:

Nous avons adoré le service de Lily et de son personnel. Lily etait là pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur que nous ayons mangé apres 2s au vietnam. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. La clim marche très bien. Le personnel a porté nos sacs a dos.
Bref nous recommandons vivement. 🤗

Pros:

Small Room Big Heart- In the middle of old quarter, walking distance to Indian Restaurants and very good hospitality. Special thanks to Miss Lily the manager can help book all the tours in affordable price and takes great care of the guest.

Cons:

No elevator but they help in carrying the luggage and on request can accommodate to a lower floor. So no big deal.

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita a luxusní ubytování. Hotel můžu jednoznačně doporučit. Personál byl po celou dobu velmi ochotný, přátelský a vždy připraven pomoci.

Na cestu z letiště doporučuji využít aplikaci Grab a objednat si odvoz přímo do hotelu. Nedoporučuji využívat taxikáře, kteří oslovují cestující přímo na letišti – může se stát, že vás odvezou jinam, což je podle mě důvod některých negativních recenzí. Hotel skutečně existuje a odpovídá tomu, co nabízí.

Velkým plusem je také možnost nechat si za velmi dobrou cenu vyprat oblečení. Prádlo vám vyperou a přinesou zpět přímo do hotelu. Snídaně nabízí dostatečný výběr a každý si vybere podle chuti. Přes hotel jsme si také zařídili výlet a vše proběhlo bez problémů.

Za ty peníze je to opravdu luxusní volba a při další návštěvě Hanoje bych se sem bez váhání vrátil.

Super volba ve Starém městě co má výborný poměr cena výkon

Hotel naprosto doporučuji, existuje spousta negativnich recenzí , ale nejsou pravdivé , jedná se o 3 hvězdičkový hotel a jako 3 hvězdičkový i vypadá. Nejedná se o falešný počet hvězdiček.Dále bych chtěl vystihnout opravdu kvalitní snidaně, kdy si vybíráte z menu a můžete si vybrat i vice věcí ze kterých jsou všechny velice chutné, v hotelu jsme si nechali vyprat a vše bylo v pořádku. Hotel byl čistý , ale samozřejmě už trochu opotřebovaný, do schodů vám s kufrem pomůžou. Pokud si hotel vyberete berte na vědomí,že nemají výtah a jsou lokalizováni uprostřed rušné čtvrti, která utichá až po půlnoci. Obsluha je velice milá a ochotná.

Cons:

Je důležité si uvědomit co chcete od vašeho ubytování, někomu se živá čtvrt starého města nemusí líbit ale za me super. Bacha taxikáře co Vás zavezou k jinemu hotelu a pak predstiraji že to je tento.Doporučuji Grab nebo hotelové taxi.
