Excellent service
Pros:

Everything went smoothly. The room was clean, and we even received a free upgrade! Breakfast was served à la carte with a sufficient selection, and you can order multiple items. The hotel also booked bus tickets for us and allowed us to store our luggage on our departure day.

Cons:

The only drawback might be that the hotel doesn't have an elevator—though it didn't bother us. Also, it is located close to a street with bars and clubs, so it can get a bit noisy at night.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The location is superb. Just walks away from the good eats and shops around. Though Beer St is around the corner, you would not hear the noise and party sounds. The staff are great and helpful. Lily was very accommodating and her 2 other staff at the reception as well - friendly and accommodating. I love that towels are frequently changed and the room cleaned.

Cons:

Long flight of stairs. Good cardio workout. Hahaha. Not that bad but not good for seniors.
