Excellent customer service - everyone at Westhouse made sure our stay was memorable.

Great location - just a few blocks away from Central Park, Times Square, and the shops off 5th.

Breakfast and cocktail hour - provided a great option to grab some food on the go or relax before heading out on the town for dinner.

Amazing value for the 5 star stay !

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at what is advertised as a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience felt much closer to a 3-star property.
The room was dusty upon arrival and clearly in need of maintenance and updating. The bottom of the bed frame fell off and landed on my foot, which was not only unacceptable but also a safety hazard. The lamp shades were old and worn, the mirror appeared to have damage that looked like someone had spray painted it and attempted to clean it instead of replacing it, and the blanket was torn.
The bed itself was far too soft and uncomfortable. I felt like I was sinking into it, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
To make matters worse, the food did not meet the standard expected, especially considering the daily $55 food charge. Both the accommodations and dining experience fell well below what I expected from a hotel marketed as a luxury 5-star property.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed and that the hotel did not deliver the quality, comfort, or attention to detail that guests paying premium prices should receive. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests receive the experience that is being advertised.

I do not often leave reviews, but we had such a wonderful experience at WestHouse Hotel, I want to walk through why. The hotel experience began days before our arrival when we received a welcome letter from Pagye Gibbs-Lake, the Senior VIP Manager. I responded to her note and the courtesy and hospitality shown from that moment forward was nothing short of stellar!

Pagye not only was able to secure us a room upgrade (it was beautiful) but when we walked in, after a long travel day, there were chocolate covered strawberries, macarons and small chocolate truffles waiting under a domed plate. Further, there was a sweet welcome note from Pagye. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. There is even the coolest feature in the shower door where a mini-window allows you to turn on the showerhead without getting in first. Innovative and we loved it!

In addition to all of the lovely features in the room, the Terrace area had a happy hour spread of roasted veggies, Mediterranean dips and cheeses along with spirits. Breakfast was also served in the Terrace Lounge. Beyond the hotel features, what also stood out was the kindness and friendliness of the team members. From the welcome check-in team to two gentlemen greeting us every time we walked in/out of the hotel, to Pagye coming to greet me before we left (since we arrived after shift ended the first day), we felt valued as guests and will look forward to returning to this gem of a hotel!

A huge highlight of my stay was the front desk service, especially Vanessa. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything about my stay was perfect. Her warmth and helpfulness made me feel truly taken care of from check-in to check-out. She’s a real asset to the team.

The location is unbeatable, close to everything, and the staff overall were professional and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to New York, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and genuinely great service. I've been looking for a hotel I can always go to when I in NYC so I don't have to search each time and this is it. Vanessa at the front desk was incredible! She moved mountains to accommodate my request, made everything seamless - the perfect blend of warmth and professionalism. I hope to see her next time I stay.

When we went to shower for the first time there was a dirty band aid in the shower. Our room was never cleaned, the breakfast had zero taste and I had to keep getting new room keys because the keys did not work.

Great location, amazing staff. Loved the rooms, facilities especially the breakfast and drinks and snacks from 5 till 8pm. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay at the fantastic WestHouse Hotel New York, and it remains my absolute favorite place to stay in Manhattan.The location is perfect for sightseeing. You can easily walk to many of the city’s top attractions, and the subway is just a few steps away for anything further out.The rooms are impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and—most importantly for a busy city like New York—remarkably quiet. You are guaranteed a great night's sleep here.What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional staff. Everyone makes you feel so welcome, but a special shoutout goes to Sonia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her.Between the stellar service and the cozy atmosphere, the WestHouse truly feels like a home away from home. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back for a third visit!

The hotel was great!! Everyone was super welcoming and pleasant from the moment I walked inside the lobby. The check-in process was so easy, and we were given our room right away (at about 12:30 pm) instead of having to wait until 4 pm. The included breakfast was delicious everyday! The workers servicing the buffet are very polite and hard working to keep everything fresh, clean and available. The evening happy hour from 5-8 pm is amazing too! Beer and wine are included, and there is a different menu theme each night which was good enough and plenty enough for dinner!! Sonia is the lady who took care of us each night during happy hour was the BEST!! She was very attentive, kind and enhanced our experience at the hotel!

The room had plenty of room for 2 people and the A/C felt great even though it was in the 100s outside! The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very soundly in the quiet room. Only thing in the room that could be improved is the lighting. As mentioned to us from a British couple at happy hour that their room seems very dark. Additional lamps would be nice.

Other than that, the hotel was perfect!! I highly recommend staying there.

The location couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. Close to everything and access to the subway only steps away. Daily breakfast was a good selection.

We absolutely loved this friendly and welcoming hotel. On arrival after our 7 hour, flight we were upgraded to a superior suite which was spacious and comfortable. We loved the happy hour and tapas and breakfast was good too.
Excellent location for restaurants and Broadway and 5th Avenue of course.
Highly recommend this hotel.
