Месторасположение. Наличие гладильных принадлежностей в номере. Мягкая постель.

Cons:

Старый ремонт, местами отклеившиеся обои в номере. За 4 ночи ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. Завтраки не отличались разнообразием, но это не в упрек, а в сравнении с другими отелями.
