Location good… staff friendly and helpful. Disappointing baring in mind we’d paid so much money to stay
Pros:

It’s location… and the staff were really helpful

Cons:

Our bedroom had a massive poo stain next to the bed which hadn’t been cleaned up properly but looked like it had been there a while. Thankfully we had an executive room so had another floor for a bed.

Excellent, clean and great location!
Pros:

Location great and easy to find, pleasant and helpful staff. Cleaned and fresh towels provided. Perfect for our trip!

Cons:

We found beds slightly uncomfortable but this is more personal preference. Not an issue.

Pros:

We had an excellent stay and would happily return in the future.
The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, transport links, shops and restaurants. We found it to be great value for money and an ideal base for exploring London.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel offered everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Lovely low cost hotel
Pros:

We were looking for a last minute reservation at a low cost and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, however, the location was great and the bed was really comfy. It also had air conditioning which was excellent as we experienced a heatwave. The staff were also lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

Could use a little maintenance and updating.

Not safe.

❌Dangerous - Please read ❌

My son, travelling alone, booked into this hotel on 22nd May 2026. While sleeping around half past midnight a male employee entered his room unannounced and no explanation given.

My son was terrified. He immediately called me and I submitted reviews to different platforms to alert travellers to this situation.

What then proceeded, was numerous members of staff approaching my son and pressurising him for the reviews to be deleted. I will reiterate, my son was alone and felt intimidated by this.

Now imagine this was your child. Imagine this was your son. Or even worse, what if this was your daughter and a male staff member enters her room while she is alone and sleeping.

This hotel is not safe.

Pros:

Muy bien conectado con el metro, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Moquetas algo sucias, el aire no funcionaba bien en la primera habitación y nos tuvieron que cambiar a la 1 de la madrugada.
