Pros:

Location was reasonable for us.

Cons:

Everything. The bedroom had no lighting. Our room was not changed nor were the lightbulbs fitted. We booked for 2 nights so were told that light will be fixed tomorrow. Next day they brought bedside lamps but without bulbs in them. We had to spend 2 nights for which we paid 300+ GBPs without a working light in our bedroom. Staff did not take our concer seriously.

Do not stay here! Complete scam from the photos
Pros:

The only good thing about this property is the staff were understanding and nice

Cons:

This is a complete scam. Looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Dirty, lose wires everywhere, bed bugs. Do not stay here! Refusing to give me a refund even though we were completely scammed by these photos. Don’t make the same mistake we did!!

Great location
Pros:

Great location, close to shops and places to eat. Not far to tube station.

Cons:

Couldn’t open curtains properly to let light in, but this probably because on ground floor.

Bardzo sympatyczny hotel
Pros:

Lokalizacja, miły personel. Był problem z lodówką,ale od razu zmieniono nam pokój. Mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić samochód przy hotelu aby móc zwiedzać Londyn.
