Good location but that was it!

Cons:

Elevator was too loud. Could hear it at all
hours therefore couldn’t sleep. Tried to move rooms but that wasn’t an option. Microwave didn’t work. Bathroom wasn’t that clean with half used toilet paper. Luckily, I brought Clorox wipes!!

מלון טוב אך יש מקום לשיפור.

המיקום מצויין, החדר גדול עם מטבח מאובזר. הצוות מצויין.

Cons:

תחילה, יש רעש חזק מהמעליות. רעש שקשה להירדם בלילה.
היו מספר תקלות שלא מצופות ממלון בסטנדרט כזה :
ביום הראשון לא היו מים חמים.
ביום השני לא היה סבון נוזלי במקלחת וביום השלישי לא היה מרכך במקלחת. מצופה ממלון בסטנדרט כזה לבדוק את הבקבוקים בכל יום ולדאוג שיהיו מלאים.

Location was really good.

Cons:

THE NOISE OF ELEVATORS!!! I could feel all the time like on the TRAIN stations! And its all the time - not only during the day, during the nights too that is frustrating!!!
The question is - how its possible that the hotel has been built without proper soundproofing of elevators?!

Top Hotel in top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist ziemlich top! Relativ nahe am Central Park und Times Square. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wasserspender in der Lobby ist auch super. Zimmergröße für New Yorker Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Cons:

Kein Aschenbecher vor dem Hotel. :)

Pros:

立地が良く、観光するには便利でした。洗面台とシャワールームの排水が詰まっていて流れが悪かったので、メモを書いておいたらその日に直してくれました。ハンガーがたくさんあるのもよかったです。

Cons:

全体的に古さを感じました。部屋は狭いです。シャワーの水圧が低く、ドアが完全に閉まらないため外に水が出てしまいます。洗面台の照明は明るいのですが、位置の問題でメイクはやりにくいです。

Breakfast was good. Great staff in breakfast area! Location was great!

Cons:

Would have liked better pillows, cleaner rooms, cleaner towels. Room felt dated and towels felt old. No body lotion provided.
