Pros:

Расположение - просто топ. До многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Комната была достаточно чистой, с отличным видом на Манхэттен.

Cons:

Было очень сложно настроить систему кондиционирования, было то жарко, то холодно. В номере не было тапочек. Ощущение от холла, будто ты на рынке в воскресенье - всегда куча людей и суеты. Длительно я бы тут не остановилась, отель без души.

Great location and staff, but breakfast quality is slipping.
Pros:

Great location for us. Nice kitchen facilities. Appreciate early check-in. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Room a bit cramped. No table. Breakfast quality has slipped from our stay here a year ago. Less fresh fruit. No 2% milk, only "whole." Something better than pre-wrapped pastries, please. Even Holiday Inn Express has hot Cinnabon!
