Estancia perfecta con excelente atención y vistas inmejorables
Pros:

Nos ha encantado la vista. La habitación estaba muy limpia y todo estuvo perfecto. El personal del hotel fue extremadamente amable y profesional; nos atendieron de maravilla y siempre estuvieron atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. A pesar de que había mucha gente durante nuestra estancia, el ambiente fue excelente y todo estuvo muy bien organizado. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra experiencia tan agradable!

Cons:

Todo ha ido de verdad estupendamente. Había mucha gente porque coincidimos con la celebración del campeonato de los Knicks en la NBA, pero aun así el ambiente era precioso. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.

The rooms cost so much but they don’t even give complimentary water . They sale water in the room $8 , you don’t read what’s on the water you end up getting shocked when it’s billed to your room

Happy with our stay, view was excellent. Bathroom needs some TLC.
Pros:

Great view from room, good central location. Kind and helpful staff, soft and comfy bed. Aircon worked. Overall happy with our choice.

Cons:

NYC hotels are generally very expensive for what you get, this one is no exception. Reception area is a little odd.
Bathroom needs a little love and quality fittings. Aircon in room sounds like freight train.

Great location in NYC if you're short on time and want to see many places in Manhattan!
Pros:

Location was great! It was minutes away from Carnegie Hall, which was where I needed to be for most of the weekend. I also enjoyed how my room was cleaned everyday and that the 4th floor had water for me to access.

Cons:

A last-minute decision to add another night to my hotel stay was quite pricey - fortunately, it was for a work trip or else I would not have extended my stay.

For 3-4 nights perfect!
Pros:

Location is perfect, but not so noisy. Rooms are tiny, but it is normal in NY.
Rooms are upper floor have amazing view. Breakfast is ok, very cold in the dining area.

Cons:

Rooms are small, double bed is not suitable for 2 adults.

לקחנו חדר קינג פינתי, בקומה ה26. הנוף פשוט מטורף!! חוויה מהממת לקום ככה בבוקר וללכת לישון ככה בלילה, רואים את הטיימסקוור מהחלון גם.
המיטה נוחה, החדר נקי, המקלחון והאמבטיה גם צופים לנוף, מאוד יפה!!
קרוב לתחנות רכבת ו7 דקות הליכה מהטיימסקוור.

Cons:

אין לובי נורמלי. אין איפה לשבת.. יש 2 וחצי כורסאות ליד הקבלה שתמיד תפוסות.
בקומה 4 יש לאונג׳ שאפשר לשבת ולהזמין משקאות, אז זה התחליף.

מים בחדר עולה 8$ לבקבוק-
אתם מלון מכובד, והחדר לא זול- שימו בקבוק מים בחדר.

מכונת קפה מוזרה, לא נקיה ולא עבדה.
אין קומקום בחדר.
המקרר פיצי ולא עבד.
