Pros:

The property was clean, well managed and beautiful.

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy the policing of the breakfast lounge, or being followed to present my room key. As a Black person, being asked to show proof is belonging in a space, that was filled predominantly with white people, and being asked by a white individual, felt incredibly unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

Plus the breakfast food sucked. It was cold and soggy and the staff was putting the breakfast away as I was trying to make my plate. Multiple days this happened and for this reason I do not feel comfortable coming back.

Further we ended up just taking yogurt and fruit back to our room to eat later because the breakfast was so unreliable and honestly, inedible.

Out dated rooms, outed facilities. Our toilet broke twice! Rooms are too small. Staff are not friendly - maybe thats just New York!!
Charged us for water bottles that we didnt drink.

Pros:

On the plus side, the breakfast was generous, along with the location and the laundry service. However, in the end: poor value for money.

Cons:

I had to wait a very long time for my room (1.5 h). In the room, we had a wet, smelly floor/carpet due to an air conditioning malfunction. The wait for the elevators is long.

Great location. Guest rooms and experience needs some work.
Pros:

The location was the best feature of the hotel, and we also appreciated having well-appointed kitchenettes in the rooms. The housekeeping staff was efficient and did a very good job. The breakfast buffet was good, though not exceptional, with more emphasis on variety and quantity than on overall quality. The gym was also better outfitted than most hotels.

Cons:

The lobby area is a madhouse at times, with far too many people waiting around with inadequate seating and luggage clogging the space. They really need to redesign that area and the process of checking in/checking out. I know NYC rooms are small, but these were particularly small with tiny closets. This made it hard to navigate for my elderly aunts, both of whom have walkers, so if you have two people in a room, request in advance the largest layout and/or a handicap accessible room. Our rooms were near the elevator shafts, so the sound of the elevators going up and down--particularly at night and early morning hours--was disturbing.

O hotel é incrível, muito bem localizado, de alto padrão e com o melhor café da manhã que já tomei em Nova Iorque.

O hotel é incrível, ele realmente é de alto padrão.
O café da manhã é surpreendente, o mais completo que já provei, inclusive em relação aos demais hotéis que já usamos em Nova Iorque.
A localização é perfeita, para um lado você está a poucas quadras do Central Park e para outro poucas quadras da Times Square.

La localisation de l'hôtel le long de Broadway, entre Time square et Central Park, bien un peu haute dans Manathan est tout de même très bien située

Cons:

LES CHAMBRES SONT TRES BRUILLANTES, c'est inadmissible de louer des chambre dans ces conditions !!
Vous avez l'impression de dormir a coté d'un aéroport avec un avion qui décolle toutes les minutes !! Se sont les ascenseurs !!! Et si vous voulez changer de chambre, on vous dit que c'est pareil dans toutes chambres .... Et quand vous avez le climatisation qui se met en route c'est encore pire !! Clim qui souffle directement sur le lit, ce qui nous donné un bon rhume
