Bende bir otelciyim, bir çok otelde kaldım. Ve kalıyorum. Odada çift kişilik büyük yataktan düşmemek için kendimizi emniyet kemeri ile bağlayacaktık. Lüften bu yataklarda otel sahibi 1 gün eşi ile yatsın ve görsün. Yatak French Bed yatak değil, 1.40 veya 1.50 bu kadar küçük yatak konurmu? Acil yatakları odalardan atın değiştirin yoksa çok şikayet alırsınız.Ben uyumaya geldim, otelciyi Booking.comda yazarak şikayet etmem, korurum fakat gece uyuyamadım.

Awesome experience
Pros:

What an awesome hotel!
Front office team, housekeeping team, chef for breakfast - everyone was so helpful and friendly & all work together as a team.
The rooms, very clean & comfortable.
Hotel well located & close to a bus stop with an easy ride to downtown.
A pleasure to stay there & worthwhile paying for an inclusive outstanding daily breakfast.
Even free ice cream every afternoon!
We would definitely return.

Pros:

Very big room. Clean room. Very close to tram station. Staff was very nice

Cons:

Netflix didn't work on the tv if you want to chill with a movie at night.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love that the place is located near the transportation and we can easily reach Zurich HB. Also the rooms are spacious and clean.

Nice stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in a hurry and they made sure that we can check in very quickly. It's very close to the Swiss Life Arena.

Cons:

A little bit interesting that from the toilet you can see through the bathroom into the bedroom.
