Podrían Haber permitido un early check in sin cargo.
Llegamos muy tarde por retraso con el vuelo y pudimos comer en el hotel un excelente sandwich, ensalada y frutas frescas. Muy buena atención.

O atendimento foi excelente, o hotel é bem limpo e organizado, o café da manhã estava gostoso (e é servido a partir das 5h, o que ajuda muito para quem tem voos cedo) e o shuttle para o aeroporto é bem rápido.
Atendimento cortês e eficiente, café da manhã excelente (farto e saboroso), quarto maior do que o primeiro que fiquei na estada anterior e ótimo isolamento acústico. Transfer do Galeão funciona bem

Pésima experiencia en relación al descanso y los servicios prometidos. Pagué un early check-in, me dijeron que me asignaban una habitacion superior con cafetera y cápsulas de cortesía. Al llegar, la habitación no tenía absolutamente nada.
El aislamiento acústico y estructural es deficiente: cada vez que la habitación contigua cerraba su puerta, la pared y la cabecera de mi cama se sacudían por completo, impidiendo el descanso. Respecto a la higiene, la habitación tenía olor a humedad (curiosamente, el gimnasio del hotel estaba mejor perfumado).
Cenamos en el Market del hotel, era autoservicio, y la atención fue tan descuidada que tuve que solicitar los cubiertos básicos porque no había cuchillo ni tenedor disponibles, los trajeron del restaurante.
Las únicas cápsulas y máquina de café estaban en el sector del desayuno común, cuando me quise hacer un café no había capsulas, tras reclamarlas, el sistema fallaba y pasaban de largo, al personal también le paso lo mismo hasta que logro hacerme uno, para mi pareja la única alternativa era café de termo.
Los huevos revueltos del desayuno parecían una masa compacta de tortilla. No lo recomiendo; lo único rescatable es la cercanía al aeropuerto, pero no justifica el mal momento."
