Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi , otelin sahibi çok güler yüzlüydü banq erik ikram etti. Eğer birdaha Antalyaya gidicek olursam bu otelde konuklarımız.Teşekkür ederiz ve orada çok tatlış bir köpek var sevgi dolu.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit offen für Fragen oder Anliegen.

Besonders positiv ist die ruhige Lage. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Straße, wodurch kaum Verkehrslärm zu hören ist und man sich gut erholen kann. Zudem bietet es eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt & Meer.

Das Frühstück war für türkische Verhältnisse in Ordnung und bot eine ausreichende Auswahl für einen guten Start in den Tag.

Otel yenilenmiş. Konum iyi. Temizlik iyi. Çalışanlar iyi. Kahvaltı iyi , wifi fena değil. Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi.

We are staying at Tourist Hotel Antalya for the third time already, and every visit leaves us with only the best impressions. We truly love the atmosphere, the service, and the warm attitude toward guests.
A special thank you to Nur and Serpil for the excellent room cleaning. They always kept everything perfectly clean and made lovely surprises for us every day — beautiful towel swans and hearts on the bed. It was such a sweet touch and made our stay even more special.
The staff and hotel owners are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You really feel like an appreciated guest here.
The sea is very close, only about 300 meters away. The beach belongs to the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy freshly caught fish cooked right there by the sea — absolutely delicious and a wonderful experience.
Thank you to the whole hotel team for another amazing vacation! We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

В 1 день на респешн очень неприветливый молодой человек, который вместо приветствия, сказал грубо : заселение в 14-00. О чем и без него было известно и везде написано. Но в часов 11-00 удачно сменился друной менеджер по имени Ахмед, очень внимательный и дружелюбный, быстро решила наши все вопросы и заселились в номер. После тоже всегда с улыбкой встречал и провожал. Очень достойный и профессиональный менеджер.
.Пляж в 5 минутах, там же много закусочных и кафе. Магазины и кафе тоже много и относительно недалеко от отеля. Завтраки обильные и разнообразные. Номера чистые, вид на море прекрасный жили на 8 этаже. С коридора отличный вид на водопад.ю.
Уже второй раз в этом отеле, при возможности вернусь.

Cons:

Нет зубных щёток. Но в принципе это не проблема.

I flew all the way from Poland for a long-planned holiday, only to find the hotel completely closed upon arrival. No warning, no email—just a note on the door.
The service was a nightmare. When I called the provided number, the staff accused me of ignoring renovation info they never even sent (they didn't even have my email!).
The staff refused to speak English and ignored me completely, speaking only Turkish to my friend. They moved us to a substandard apartment that had none of the amenities I paid for (no pool, no sea view, no private beach).
Save your money and nerves. This place is unprofessional and treats guests with zero respect. Avoid at all costs!

Вообще я предпочитаю писать позитивные отзывы, чтобы давать подтверждение сильным сторонам. Но в данном отеле я не могу этого сделать.

Мы приехали семьёй и были очень разочарованы. В отеле был ремонт полностью на всех этажах. Наш номер был единственный жилой на этаже, остальные ремонтировали, поэтому везде был мусор и грязь. В номере не было света, когда мы заселялись и нам меняли лампочку, когда мы уже заселились. Были оборваны шторы. мы заказали номер люкс с панорамным видом на море, но окна были настолько грязные, что панорамный вид не удался. С самого утра в 7 00 работники начинали работать в соседних номерах и шумели, что мешало отдыху. Мы пошли на завтрак и в этот момент прорвало трубу наверху и на наш столик и на нас хлынула вода сверху. Муж не выдержал и попросил нас переселить. Нам предложили другой отель далеко от моря и цивилизации. Мы туда переехали. Когда нам показывали номер, ноги прилипали к полу и у нас и у сотрудника этого отеля. Мы попросили помыть полы. Их не помыли. Через 2 часа мы опять попросили их помыть и их наконец-то вымыли. Мне муж подарил розы. Я попросила на ресепшене, чтобы у цветов обрезали кончики стебля и поставили в вазу. Мне дали ножницы и вазу и сказали, что я могу сделать всё сама. Я возмутилась, что я гость и хотела бы, чтобы цветы стояли у меня в номере. И только после этого их отнесли мне в номер. На завтрак я попросила, чтобы мне пожарили яичницу и мне персонал кухни сказала, что ей не хочется этого делать. Я была в шоке, после чего она пошла взяла продукты и пожарила мне яичницу. Мы уехали в город и оставили открытым выход на террасу. После нашего приезда в номере был ужасный запах кошачьей мочи. Номер не убирали ни разу и не выносили мусор все 3 дня, что мы там пробыли.

Номер дали не тот, что бронировали. На полу везде вода после дождя. Отель старый, совсем не то, что на фото. Одеял нет, плохой запах. В ванной сильная слышимость, как будто другой номер моется в вашем. Бронировали с видом на море, дали на первом этаже без вида. Ближайшее кафе - 10 мин от отеля. Рядом военная база, в отеле много военных. Отель не для комфортного отдыха точно. С детьми не советую
