só um elevador, cobertas super antigas, café da manhã bem fraco, básico do básico, TV do quarto não funcionava funções de internet, ar condicionado bem antigo e muito usado e muito barulhento fora e dentro do quarto

Pros:

Camas confortáveis, bom café da manhã e localização ótima! A água do chuveiro é bem quente e maravilhosa. Como fomos no inverno isso ajudou bastante...

Cons:

O pessoal da limpeza ficam nos corredores as gargalhadas e bem alto logo cedo. Pra quem quer dormir um pouco mais isso atrapalha bastante. Sem contar que eu tinha fechado o pedido do quarto para uma cama de casal, e quando chegamos no quarto eram duas camas de solteiro.

Nosso quarto estava precário e fizeram a troca por um quarto que estava em condições melhores

Cons:

O quarto em que nos alocaram quando chegamos estava em um estado precário. Frigobar velho e enferrujado, ar condicionado não funcionava, controle da TV sem funcionamento. Funcionários brincalhões, porém não resolveram o problema. Apenas após a troca de turno o recepcionista providenciou a troca de quarto.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Única ressalva é o estacionamento. Tivemos que pagar 55 reais por dia. E não era no local, no hotel.

Localização boa e equipe gentil.

Cons:

O quarto para 4 pessoas é mto pequeno, quase não há espaço entre as camas, não havia tapete no banheiro e o lençol estava desgastado e com fios de cabelo, acho que a limpeza pode melhorar.
