Sweaty, hot, dry and overpriced… with a good breakfast

The breakfast and the shower were good.

Cons:

There is no ac in the rooms, if you open the window during summer, it’s hot, if you leave the ventilation during night it shuts off at one point and you cook in the room. For 135€ a night you would expect at least comfort in terms of sleeping. Also one towel had a cigarette hole in the middle, which I think for that price range should not be acceptable.

Alles SEHR gut bis auf miserables WLAN

Ich hätte normalerweise 10 von 10 Punkten gegeben: oreis-leistung super, frühstück sehr gut, in der Nähe von Schloss Schönbrunn. Wenn das Thema WLAN nicht wäre.

Cons:

WLAN war furchtbar: im zimmer, nicht an der rezeption oder frühstücksraum. man konnte sich zwar problemlos in den Router einwählen, aber die internetverbindung brach spätestens nach 5 min zusammen. Manchmal musste man danach probieren und probieren, bis man wieder ins Internet kam. Sehr blöd, wenn man geschäftlich darauf angewiesen ist. Vier Tage haben nicht gereicht, um das Problem zu lösen. Sehr ärgerlich!

Preis-Leistung und Lage top
Pros:

Super Lage zur Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, Schloss Schönbrunn ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Ausblick vom Frühstückstisch auf die Gloriette. Wir haben zwar EZ gebucht, es gab scheinbar keine mehr und wir bekamen ein DZ zur Einzelnutzung, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Gute Betten habe sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist zwar das Highlight in Dachgeschoss mit dem Ausblick und einer kleinen Terrasse, jedoch ein wenig zu klein für die vielen Zimmer. Im gegenüberliegenden Haus sind Renovierungsarbeiten im Gang, das könnte evtl. als störend empfunden werden, aber in Wien sollte der Tag sowieso früh begonnen werden, weil es so viel zu entdecken gibt. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, wir konnten sie nur nicht aktivieren und deswegen an der Rezeption nachzufragen, wollten wir nicht, da es Anfang Juni genügt das Fenster zu öffnen, um die noch kühle Luft hereinzulassen.

Zimmer war sehr klein und nicht besonders ausgestattet. Schlechter WLAN Empfang. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

Gute Adresse für einen Besuch Schloss Schönbrunn und sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehr

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Nachttischlampen sind zwar vorhanden, lassen sich jedoch nicht einschalten. Nach Reklamation passierte nichts.
