Das Personal des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es sind kleine, sehr saubere Zimmer, ein modernes Badezimmer. Beides für ein Kurztrip gut geeignet. In den Sommermonaten ist die Klimaanlage ein absolutes Highlight.

Pay attention to the small text detail
Pros:

Clean bathroom

Cons:

The original room was a damp, small windowless room. This is not overly advertised. We asked to move room, this was accommodated.
The stairwells are not overly well kept, these are narrow with poor carpet.
The area at night does not feel overly safe and I certainly would not have stayed here if I was travelling on my own

La proximité. Le personnel était plutôt accueillant

Cons:

La chambre était vraiment très petite. Pas de fenêtre. Une seule au plafond qu’on ne pouvait pas ouvrir et qui était petite. La chambre n’était pas très propre. Un jour le personnel est rentré dans notre chambre sans frapper alors qu’on était là.

La stanza nello scantinato,fredda e molto umida ovviamente senza finestra, stanze così non dovrebbero esistere in nessun tipo di hotel anche perché malsane.

Pros:

Posizione strategica: a poche centinaia di metri a piedi dalla metro CENTRAL; zona servitissima per mangiare e spostarsi coi mezzi e molto sicura e tranquilla.
Stanza piccola, ma adatta alle esigenze di una coppia in viaggio e soprattutto molto pulita.

Cons:

Peccato la camera al terzo piano senza ascensore e le scale parecchio strette e ripide, non l'ideale con i bagagli.
