The stuff were very helpful and kind all the time and for everything even without asking and even more for any request

Cons:

In the shower there is a strange noise from the pipes when put on hot water . But it is a minor issues

Cons:

We ordered pancakes, and they were tasteless and overpriced — $31 for two pancakes topped with fruit and fruit syrup. How did they even come up with that price???

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Very happy with this hotel. Great location. We arrived early and our room was ready which was greatly appreciated after early travel morning. Staff was helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was attentive. Room was spacious. Bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Lovely stay other than the AC.
Pros:

Nice location, near lots of things, and the rooms were not overly noisy. The room was clean, and very spacious with 2 queen beds, and it looked more recently renovated. We had pleasant interactions with the staff. The only thing that was not great during our stay was that the AC in our room was barely working and the temperatures those days were in the 90's, so the room was just too warm. Otherwise it was a lovely stay!

Pros and cons
Pros:

There are pros and cons to this hotel. I have stayed here many times. Staff is friendly. Good location if you don’t mind being close to the hustle and bustle. Cons- rooms are definitely starting to show wear and tear. Room could have been cleaner. My socks wear dirty after walking in room. Crumbs leftover from previous guests. They only have room service for breakfast, which arrived lukewarm. Next day I went to cafe for breakfast sandwich. They only have premade and egg was rubbery. Ended up pulling it apart and just eating croissant. The rooftop bar was closed for private event every night I was there. Considering they have no other dining/drink space it was frustrating. Overall it was fine, but will probably choose a different hotel next year with more options.

Perfect location for a perfect stay
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. Perfectly situated between Times Square and Bryant Park, the location alone makes it an easy choice. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming. Valet parking was absolutely worth it, even when 6th Avenue was closed during checkout and they couldn't retrieve our car directly. Without missing a beat, they walked our luggage to the garage and loaded everything for us, all with a smile. Exceptional service start to finish.

Pros:

Location alone is perfect for exploring NYC, but add to it great customer service, spacious rooms, and the best rooftop bar in the city, and it's a perfect trip!
