An amazing stay in the heart of New York with the most comfortable bed and the best hotel shower I’ve ever experienced.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore New York. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The shower was honestly the best hotel shower I have ever experienced, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable that it was hard to get out of bed each morning to go sightseeing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Nothing. Our stay was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

Great location, staff and clean rooms. Especially enjoyed the rooftop bar on the 54th floor
Pros:

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the Hyatt Centric.
The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of most of the shows we saw. As well as all the shopping and attractions we stopped at.

Best hotel
Pros:

We have been to NYC many times. This was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. It was very spacious. They went above and beyond. My son left his toy in their lobby. They were incredibly kind and shipped It to us. We cannot wait to come back. We highly recommend!

Enjoy the High and Central Life in this Midtown Hotel.
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Never really like the hustle and bustle of NYC but though your are near the area the location never felt suffocating.
Great feature of the hotel is its height, one of the tallest hotels in the area, with magnificent views over the city. Make sure and pay that bit extra for a room on a high floor, definitely worth it. Our room was on the small side, but not tiny, and it was immaculately clean. Staff were always polite. There is a room top bar which is well worth a visit. Also there is a well stocked little cafe beside the reception, which is as good as any nearby diner for breakfast, it has a few dozen or so seats. There is another a tour of the roof for residents in some mornings.

Great value for money in comparison to other parts of the Hyatt chain including the Andaz, which we have been and enjoyed too on other visits.

Muito confortavel.
Pros:

Hoteis em NY não tem cafe da manhã incluso. Mas há um restaurante la com boas opções para cafe, escolhi ovos mexidos com bacon e croissant. Os funcionários ótimos, simpaticos e prestativos. Tinha uma academia boazinha. Adorei o quarto e a limpeza. Voltaria.

Cons:

A localização é boa, mas não voltaria à pé após as 10PM, pois nesse horário a rua do hotel fica mais deserta. às 11PM eles trancam uma das portas da frente e cada hospede usa seu cartao do quarto para entrar.

Perfect Hotel - Location, Staff, Cleanliness, and Quiet!
Pros:

We stay in the Hyatt Centric every time we visit NYC and have always had a good experience. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a warm hello from a friendly staff member. The hotel is immaculately clean and considering its proximity to Times Square (between 5th & 6th Ave) it is extremely quiet. The location is perfect if you plan on going to a Broadway play. You'll be within walking distance to Penn Station too. There are a lot of hotels in NYC but this is the only one I choose time after time.
