Well appointed and friendly hotel, perfect base for Kyoto town and long daytrips
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. It is fantastically located literally a 2 minute walk to the Kyoto station and Shinkansen trains. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the beds large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful - even before our stay they suggested tours in Kyoto itself and helped in suggesting trains for day trips to Hiroshima, Osaka and Nara. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was excellent . Also the bar was fantastic - very friendly staff, well informed on cocktails and remembered our preferences when we returned. A good place to get the laundry done half way through our trip!

Cons:

On our arrival we left the train station via the wrong exit and had to walk the long way round to the hotel. Not their fault!

Pros:

Location! Staff was helpful and nice. Rooms and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Shower design. Think it’s fairly standard in Japan but the all-wet layout is not great if you have multiple people in the room and no where to put your clothes.

スタッフの応対はとても丁寧でよかったです
ご飯も美味しかったです

Cons:

トイレのドアに飛び散り後？が見えて、壁にも何か飛び散った跡が残っているのは気分が悪かったです
トイレの中で動くと埃が舞い上がり、扉の色がダークブラウンなので余計に埃が見えて、トイレにいるのが嫌でした。
