Pros:

Il valore aggiunto dell' hotel Iris è senza alcun dubbio la ragazza alla reception,Efi. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha reso la nostra vacanza eccezionale consigliandoci spiaggie, ristoranti, aiutandoci per qualsiasi cosa di cui avevamo bisogno. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica. È praticamente in centro ma dispone di parcheggio privato e la notte si dorme tranquillamente. Pulizia delle camere giornaliera (comprese ciabattine di ricambio). Camere accoglienti. Il nostro era un monolocale con Aria condizionata, cucinino, bagno con doccia tattica (non di quelle che quando ti lavi si allaga la stanza) balconcino, macchinetta del caffè (basta solo andarsi a comprare le cialde nel supermarket a 2 min.a piedi). Perfetto, se torno a Skiathos prenoto sicuramente qui.

Very enjoyable will definitely be back
Pros:

Breakfast was Greek yoghurt , fruit, croissant, boiled egg, orange juice coffee and water. It can be served in you room but I chose to have it in the garden which was very pleasant.
Bedding was crisp white cotton which was lovely and pillows very comfortable

Cons:

I would like a shower clip on the wall. The shower was hand held only. Also a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be appreciated

Friendly front desk girl, nice spacious room, the outside area was stunningly furnished.
Pros:

Perfect location. Very central.

Cons:

Liked everything except the wifi were not very strong. It was frustrating when we wanted to work on our laptops.

Pros:

Haben das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp zur Weiterfahrt für 1 Nacht genutzt. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum von Skiathos-Stadt in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße und ist über die Haupteinkaufsstraße Papadiamantis einfach zu erreichen. Sehr schöner kleiner sehr gepflegter Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten u. Tischen zum Verweilen. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Kleine Küchenzeile ist im Zimmer die wir nicht genutzt haben. Kleiner Balkon dabei. Wurden sehr nett Empfangen. Supermarkt in 100m. Alles in allem war es für diesen Preis absolut ok und wir würden es wieder buchen für 1 Nacht.

Cons:

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir es aber nicht nutzen wollen. Dazu ist das Zimmer zu klein. Koffer muss man über Treppen hoch tragen, dass muss einem klar sein. Wie so oft in Hotelzimmern gibt es auch hier keine geeignete Ablage für die Koffer, man muss alles in den Kleiderkasten ausräumen oder die Koffer am Boden lassen, allerdings wird es dann eng sofern man sie aufklappt. Auch im Bad sehr wenig Anlagemöglichkeiten. Türschloss war nicht fest verschraubt und auch der Sperrmechanismus war abenteuerlich. Fernseher brauche ich nicht, aber hatte denke ich nur 15-17 Zoll. Kühlschrank war in der Nacht extrem störend laut, müsste man ausstecken. Auch die Klimaanlage ist nicht die leiseste aber noch ok. Obwohl es in einer Seitenstraße liegt hört man natürlich die Mopeds fahren, das ist aber hier in der Stadt überall der Fall, deshalb ist ein offenes Fenster schwierig in der Nacht.

O cazare ideala
Pros:

Curatenie zilnica, prosoape curate si pufoase, aproape de centru (1 minut pana la prima terasa, 1 minut pana la strada pietonala cu taverne, 5 minute de port), apa calda mereu. Personalul foarte prietenos si mereu de ajutor. Aparat de cafea curat. Camera a fost mare, cu destul loc pentru haine. Am vazut ca au si parcare privată. Curtea este foarte frumoasa, frumos amenajata pentru relaxare.

Cons:

Lipseste o plasa de tantari si sunt multi tantari, nu prea poti tine usa deschisa si e nevoie sa se aeriseasca. Chicineta e inadecvata. Avea o oala mare si farfurii, pahare si cani. Ar trebui o plita care sa incalzeasca macar apa, o tigaie mica si o oala mica (in special pentru copii, pentru dimineata), un prajitor de paine :). Sau sa nu mai fie deloc :) Dar acestea sunt necesitati pentru o familie cu copil mic :) Totul este ideal pentru orice alt cuplu.

A very clean, comfortable, modern and friendly property
Pros:

The property is located a few minutes walk from the main restaurants & bars. An exceptionally clean, modern and lovely room with a small kitchen area.
The linen & towels were changed regularly and my room was cleaned everyday. The staff were so friendly and welcoming , I couldn’t really fault anything . I would definitely stay here again if it was available for the dates I needed.

Cons:

There was not much not to like except maybe there wasn’t a view from balcony which I expected anyway as the property is on a side street. I thought the shower attachment should have been higher on the wall but I managed .

Perfect location!
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, super clean rooms and the staff were so polite and kind. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels. When we arrived, our apartment was ready early which was great! The beds were so comfy and there was plenty of space. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Cons:

Only criticism would be to have a little more lighting in the apartment but other than that it was perfect 🥰

Soggiorno super piacevole
Pros:

Struttura curatissima, receptionist eccellente, sempre sorridente, gentile e pronta a fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti ad ogni richiesta di aiuto. La pulizia della camera impeccabile. La posizione della struttura è praticamente a due minuti a piedi dalla via principale e 5 minuti dal porto. Inoltre il parcheggio riservato dell hotel è senza dubbio un plus da non sottovalutare considerando che nella zona, con piccoli vicoli è praticamente impossibile trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

La camera un po piccolina ma comunque confortevole.
