Hotel maravavilhoso, proximo a bares, restaurantes, lojas. Funcionários simpaticos. O hotel oferece almoço e jantar, comida exelente. Tem balcão de turismos com otimas dicas. Café da manhã incluso, com bastante variedade. Recomendo muito

Cons:

Comodidade nota 10, o Hotel tem tudo que vc precisa. Tem um mini jardim com bancos, onde vc pode tomar seu chimarrão e pegar um solzinho nos dias de inverno. Para o verão tem pisicina e o hotel oferece toalhas. O atendimento é exelente, otimo estacionamento, comida boa, funcionarios amáveis.

Very Good Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was excellent and the location is a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars plus shops , a very safe area overall and the locals had time for us , the hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good .
Would stay there again !

Cons:

Had a minor hiccup with the tourist office in the lobby mainly through us not speaking any of the local languages , made the day out a bit of a mess , best to stick with Booking.coms app for day trips which we did for the rest of our tours which worked out very good

Cama e roupa de cama limpa e confortável.

Cons:

Café de manhã tem muitas opções, mas infelizmente a qualidade dos alimentos não agrada, pão, bolos e tortas solados, serve apresuntado ao invés de presunto, banheiro precisa de reforma, janela do quarto suja.

Limpeza, meu quarto quando entrei estava sujo, chiclete no chão, algumas coisas do banheiro quebrada e o box sujo. Recepção da noite precisa melhorar e ser mais educada com os clientes!

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Tive uma excelente experiência no Foz Presidente Comfort Hotel. O quarto era confortável, bem conservado e muito limpo. O banheiro estava impecável, com ótima higiene e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A limpeza em geral merece destaque, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas comuns.

O hotel também conta com estacionamento, o que trouxe mais praticidade durante a viagem. Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento especial ao Sebastião, da recepção, que foi extremamente atencioso, simpático e prestativo durante toda a estadia. Seu atendimento fez toda a diferença e nos fez sentir muito bem recebidos.

Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o café da manhã poderia começar a ser servido às 6h. Muitos hóspedes saem cedo para os passeios em Foz do Iguaçu e isso tornaria a experiência ainda mais conveniente.

No geral, excelente custo-benefício, conforto e atendimento de qualidade. Recomendo e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui!
