Pros:

O quarto que fiquei era limpo e com aparência de novo. O hotel fica bem perto da praia e pra quem estiver de carro é bem fácil chegar nos passeios (bondinhos, aquário, parque dos dinossaros, etc...).

Cons:

Do colchão da cama. O hotel dispõe de um carregador para carro elétrico, mas está disponível por um custo que não achei tão interessante (seria um diferencial oferecer o serviço sem custo adicional).

Pros:

Lugar super aconchegante, ótimas instalações e funcionários super receptivos e dispostos a ajudar. A localização pra quem quer ficar tranquilo e cercado de lindas paisagens é perfeita! Fiquei num quarto com banheira e foi incrível.

Teve algum problema com a internet que até minha saída não tinha sido resolvido.

Excellent place. Very good facilities, friendly staff, and everything was exceptionally clean. The room was exactly as described.

We booked a room with a jacuzzi, and I especially liked how it was arranged. The jacuzzi is on the balcony, but it still feels very private. It is also very comfortable and fills with water quickly. There were even bath salts in the room, which was unexpected and very pleasant.

I also want to mention the breakfast. It was very good, with a wide variety of food. Another nice detail is that tea and coffee are available at the reception 24 hours a day.

Overall, everything in the hotel is very well organized, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
