Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple reviews note 'chambre propre', 'chambre impeccable' and praise housekeeping; isolated reports of a musty bathroom smell reduce perfection slightly.
Service
9
Many comments about friendly, helpful and attentive staff; isolated reports of a particularly unpleasant manager lower a perfect score slightly.
Location
8.8
Frequently praised as short walk to the historic harbour, city centre and attractions; well placed and convenient, though some note neighborhood feels variable in safety.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and modern bathrooms, but some guests report small rooms, suboptimal air conditioning and occasional noise/insulation issues.
Amenities
7.8
Good parking (including basement on-site) is often mentioned; shortcomings include limited gym equipment, occasional lack of fridge/towels, and inconsistent Wi‑Fi or AC performance.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests highlight excellent value and 'bon rapport qualité/prix', while a few express disappointment that some basic items were missing, giving an overall positive but mixed impression.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast reviews vary from 'excellent' to 'really the strict minimum' or 'limited'; generally acceptable but not uniformly outstanding.
Overall Experience
8.8
Predominantly positive stays, recommended by many and described as convenient and comfortable; occasional negatives (noise, minor facility issues, one rude manager) temper an otherwise good overall experience.

Pros:
