The hotel was sufficient for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We checked out the casino which was cool to have near the hotel. The room was comfortable overall.
The hotel rooms could be a little cleaner. There was build up and residue on the shower head that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. One of the air conditioning vents wasn't working so the AC didnt work that well.
River City Casino is not a good experience. The hotel is nice but not exceptional. Doesn't have room service, there's no pool, no arcade or anything for kids - yet they charge a resort fee. There is nothing around outside of the casino unless you want a tattoo or smell the odors emanating from MSD (Metropolitan Sewer District) next door.
Did not have Breakfast. Did grab a Coffee at cafe. It was delicious staff was friendly. Front desk very hospitable great outing it was for my Moms 77th celebration of life.
The shower was brautiful. Water was cold. I had to take a shower anywayy
Just stayed the night and had a blast. 2 restaurants stayed open till 11pm and the drinks till 2am.

Food options
Once we got in things were great. Registering into the hotel was difficult. The signage was unclear where to go. We had to put luggage back into the car and drive around the entire building to park in the parking garage. Some of the auto door openers were broken making it difficult for me to get I. ( new wheelchair user). Once in the staff was very helpful. I’d booked 3rd party so there was no mobility accessible room available but when asked they did deliver to the room a sturdy shower chair. The room was comfortable but all 4 pillows on the bed were very firm.
The entry to the hotel had trash that wasn’t attended to. The asian restaurant needed dusting on the shelves in the dining area.

This hotel is excellent. Can’t believe what we got for the money. Very plush and nice hotel as you would expect at upscale casino. Very clean and well maintained. Room was fabulous. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would’ve expected to pay twice as much. Highly recommend.
