Lipsa de respect

Camera deși intunecoasa, având foarte putina lumina naturala de la niste ferestruici, murdară, pereții murdari de dîre negre. De cum am întrat am verificat prosoapele din baie puse pe un suport metalic, ruginit sub etajere din sticla dar vizibil necurățate. Prosoapele deși împădurite erau murdare ca și cum cineva a șters praful cu ele, iar prosoapele mici de fata lipseau, personalul spunând ca pina dimineață nu au ce face. Tavanul camerei in zona patului este atât de jos , cam 1,50 m, încât a trebuit sa merg aplecat pentru a nu ma lovi, deși s-a întâmplat acest lucru. În camera exista un sistem de ventilație care funcționează în permanenta, face un zgomot infernal, fiind cu nepotrivit nici cu cel mai adânc somn. În "mărinimia " lor, angajații hotelului au dotat camera cu dopuri de urechi "sfatuindu-ne" sa le folosim dacă nu putem dormi. Atitudine mai mult decât obrazniica și lipsita de bun simț. Am solicitat anularea rezervării (banii i-au luat) le-am spus ca voi semnala aceste aspecte inclusiv autorităților locale și in cele din urmă ne-au oferit o camera la un alt hotel la 1200 m. La 22.30 am împachetat bagajele și ne-am deplasat pe jos pina la noua locație, făra să-și ceara măcar formal scuze privind situația in care ne-au pus sau sa asigure un mijloc de transport având in vedere ora, bagajele și distanta după o zi de călătorie. Prima imagine contează!

Hôtel confortable et bien placé mais bruyant la nuit.
Pros:

L’emplacement proche du Rynek. La qualité des équipements de l’hotel. La réception ouverte h24. L’ascenseur. Le bon petit déjeuner. L’existence d’un parking.

Cons:

Le passage des tramways au raz des fenêtres de notre chambre, jour et nuit.

We had a great stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Krakow.. on the whole its a really very nice hotel and about as central as you can get to the market square and cloth hall. In centuries past it was a monastery and it has loads of character. It also has real keys. We were in room 106, it was huge. We've stayed in 5* suites that were nowhere near as big. We were at the back of the building and it was very quiet. We did hear the trams but TBH it wasnt a problem although it might be if your room faces the street. It has tea and coffee facilities and a real kettle... Breakfast was very good, special thanks to the chef who cooked my eggs, soft in the middle and crisp round the edges. We'd also like to thank reception, they were all so helpful. We really would like to give 5* but there are a few issues that should be better. There are no blackout blinds. The pillows really arent upto a 5* rating and although it was a king size bed there are 2 small duvets, you really havs to ask why...
The tv for some reason turns itself off every 5 minutes or so.

So would we stay here again ? Oh yes. We really did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Tolle Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß toll erreichen. Frühstück war ganz super, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, alles frisch zubereitet!!

Čistota a lokalita hotela výborná.raňajky tiež výborné

Cons:

Celú noc v izbe hučala klimatizácia alebo nevieme čo to bolo odkiaĺ to šlo ale bolo to dosť hrozné.manžel ani ja sms nemohli kvoli tomu spať.nechápem ako sa toto mohlo/môže stať v 4*hoteli.....

Pros:

Toppenläge, nära till det mesta. Gammalt kloster med valv, breda trappor och stora gemensamma ytor. Vi fick bra rum högst upp och mot innergården, inga störningar alls från gatan utanför. Gott om plats för fyra personer, kändes inte alls trångt. Bra med sittgrupp på rummet. Sköna sängar. Bokar igen om vi kommer tillbaka till Krakow!
