Balquisse is a hidden gem not to be missed for people who enjoy 5 star treatment.
Pros:

This beautiful hotel hotel has the most amazing friendly staff. The grounds are well kept and the quiet peacefulness is so relaxing .

A slice of paradise
Pros:

This hotel is a slice of paradise in the chaos of Bali. The gardens pools and relaxing areas are divine and delivers a retreat vibe as does the choice of food and drinks with particular attention to sustainability. The bed was super comfortable and the linen smelt beautiful. Looking forward to returning.

Pros:

Le cadre est splendide, toute la décoration est choisie avec soin et le personnel était adorable
En plus c’est à côté de l aéroport c était parfait pour une dernière nuit

Наш досвід у цьому готелі, на жаль, був далекий від очікувань, особливо з огляду на заявлений рівень 5 зірок.
Після прибуття нас ніхто не зустрів. Рецепцію довелося шукати самостійно , де рецепціоніст фактично дрімав на стійці. Комунікація з персоналом була розгубленою: кілька разів нас перепитували, чим можуть допомогти, хоча ми чітко повідомили про наявність бронювання.
Нам повідомили, що номер буде готовий о 15:00, що було нормально, але при цьому не запропонували жодного супроводу чи елементарної орієнтації по готелю. Ресторан нам вказали словами “десь там, розберетесь самі”, на що нам прийшлось настояти щоб нас провели .
У ресторані ситуація була не кращою: персонал повідомив, що вони не впевнені, чи працюють, а згодом сказали, що кухня закрита через прибирання. Нам запропонували замовити їжу з іншого місця.
Коли ми отримали номер, він був лише поверхнево прибраний:
бруд і недомиті поверхні
волосся попередніх гостей
відсутність питної води
використані, поношені капці (спочатку навіть одна пара, потім принесли ще — але теж ношені, і навіть два правих)
сейф не працював
Ми неодноразово зверталися на рецепцію та писали в месенджер — нам постійно обіцяли все виправити, але протягом кількох годин нічого не було зроблено, навіть після нашого повернення з масажу та басейну.
Окремо хочеться відзначити атмосферу в готелі: складалося враження, що він не працює або знаходиться в стані закриття. Персонал займався прибиранням території, але ігнорував гостей і їхні запити. Обслуговування було холодним, без привітності, іноді навіть з відверто невдоволеним виразом обличчя.
Також заявлені активності, які вказані на Booking, фактично були відсутні.
Лише після повторних скарг і конфлікту нам замінили капці та халати, а також запропонували масаж як компенсацію.
Сам готель має гарний потенціал і виглядає естетично, але сервіс, чистота і рівень обслуговування абсолютно не відповідають 5-зірковому стандарту.

Serene and very comfortable stay in Jimbaran, Bali
Pros:

Love breakfast and pool. The massage at the spa is also very good, the overall design of the hotel is different than most hotels in Bali - Plantation style - yet tasteful and classy.

Just a small thing. The photo hanging above our toilet was slightly scary/creepy 😳. Most of the staff were great, the only thing I found was the woman at reception very uninviting. No eye contact , smile or happy demeanour. Just blank look upon check out.

Unwohlsein auf hohem Preisniveau!
Cons:

Wir waren generell enttäuscht vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel (Fenster direkt vor Wänden) und starker modriger schimmeliger Geruch. Dadurch haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen, teilweise mit starkem Niesen reagiert. Das Badewasser kam zeitweise mit schwarzen Partikeln heraus. Personal war bis auf den netten Herr von der Rezeption für Bali ungewohnt unhöflich und nicht serviceorientiert, teilweise ignorant. Wir haben unglaublich lange auf unsere Bestellungen gewartet. (ein Nasi Goreng 45 min. bei leerem Restaurant). Frühstücksbox für Abreise ein absoluter Witz. Insgesamt ein sehr unpersönlicher Service für diese Größe des Hotels.

Rust, schoonheid en gastvrijheid op Bali
Pros:

Wat een feest om bij Hotel Balquisse op Bali te verblijven! We hebben hier twee nachten geslapen en echt álles klopte. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam; zelfs bij onze late aankomst konden we nog genieten van een heerlijk diner, wat direct zorgde voor een warm welkom.
De kamers zijn werkelijk prachtig: stijlvol ingericht, een fijne douche, luxe badspullen en alles ademt kwaliteit en aandacht. Ook het ontbijt was verrukkelijk en met zorg samengesteld.
Maar wat Balquisse écht bijzonder maakt, is de ambiance. De volledige setting van het hotel straalt rust, puurheid en ontspanning uit. De omgeving is geweldig, en niet alleen de kamers zijn mooi – ook de tuin en de yogaruimte zijn prachtig en dragen bij aan het serene gevoel.
Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, schoonheid en gastvrijheid op Bali. Wij komen hier heel graag nog eens terug!

Amazing!!!!
Pros:

Everything was amazing, one of the best stay. So many complimentary things and staff was 110% accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Also, complimentary breakfast was super filling, they definitely give ALOT of food. AMAZING!
