Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable et propre.

Ravis de notre passage dans votre hôtel
Pros:

Très belle chambre confortable. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont exceptionnels. Personnel à l’écoute et d’une grande amabilité.

Cons:

Le garage est très compliqué pour descendre et monter une moto, la pente est très raide !

A comfortable, reasonably priced hotel for visiting Bormio.
Pros:

The hotel is easy to find in Bormio and has ample private parking adjacent to the hotel. The room was comfortable and modern and a good breakfast was provided. The location in Bormio surrounded by mountain peaks is spectacular.

Cons:

No complaints but beware that the roads leading to Bormio are challenging!

Unica pecca, il personale o meglio: alla reception non ci sono state date molte informazioni riguardo la struttura es. sulla spa mai menzionata ed indicazioni su dove si trovasse la sala colazioni, di che servizi
potessimo usufruire come il ristorante e/o il bar. Il personale di sala al momento della colazione è parso piuttosto svogliato. Poco sorridente, nessuna indicazione sul dove potersi accomodare (tanto è che ci siamo dovuti spostare perché tavolo già apparecchiato per il pranzo e non adibito alla colazione), pochissima empatia per persona celiaca che ha chiesto disponibilità alimenti GF. Indicazioni nulle es: se hai poche alternative effettivamente GF, mostra tutte le possibilità però però contro, disponibili per tutti e prive all’origine di glutine evitando di evidenziare solo la presenza di un tipo di biscotti (tiara quasi vuota e un pacchetto di cracker)

Bellissimo hotel vista montagne
Pros:

Hotel davvero molto bello, in posizione strategica e con una splendida vista sulle montagne circostanti. Ampio giardino esterno dove potersi rilassare su comode poltrone e divani. Ottima ed abbondante colazione. Staff gentile e cordiale. Parcheggio adiacente all'hotel gratuito.

Pros:

My son and I were on a cycling tour of Northern Italy, and the hotel was perfect - highly recommended. We also ate there, and it was a very pleasant, filling and good value-for-money evening meal. Bike storage was safe and easy. We stayed for three days, and found _nothing_ 'wrong'. We even had a minor medical incident, and the staff were wonderful - thank you!
