Lovely little hotel nice and clean
Clean and in good location.
We had a room at the front so it was a bit noisy. But didn’t stop me getting a good night’s sleep.

The location near to Westfield and Shepherds Bush station. The on duty staff member tried to be helpful but offered no solution to the sound of trains rumbling every 5 minutes from the nearby Shepherds Bush station other than keeping the windows closed which made little difference! She even denied that no other guest had mentioned it before whcih I find hard to believe.
I booked this hotel based on the reviews/rating and description provided about his hotel but having stayed there doubt their authenticty. Firstly you are not told prior to booking that there are no lifts at the property and there are two flights of stairs befor even reaching Reception. A plug in tower fan is not air conditioning! Ensuring you close the window is not sound proofing against the sound of trains going through Shepherds Bush station every 5 minutes until late into the night. The room is clean but has dated furniture and stains on the carpet plus the bed frame.

The noise pollution from outside made it difficult to fall asleep.
Like always, everything the stuff are nice ,the room is clean and comfortable and it’s at the best quite place you can find but full of thing to do and transport

That we had to sleep on the floor after complaining to staff that the mattress was very poor quality and old.
Staff didn't rectify the problem even though they promised to have a look and we never heard from them again.
