Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Budget friendly hotel and welcoming staff. I stayed during the heat spell and the air conditioning worked very well.
I chose the hotel for its location, just minutes walk to two tube stations, overground and buses.
Easy to get around and it was an excellent base.
Be aware there are stairs only and staff helped with my heavy luggage.
I was prepared for the London noise but managed to sleep without earplugs.
Spacious bathroom, cosy room, travelled solo and it suited me, the wardrobe fitted my suitcase. Complimentary daily bottle of water and fresh towels.
Wifi requires new credentials from reception every 2-3 days. Not enough power sockets, need to unplug fridge to use kettle for example. Curtains could do with an update, better light block out.
Staff were friendly and prepared as I arrived. Room was good size and bathroom was excellent with a good shower
The road facing room was subject to angry driver hooters. Although window was double glazed. Could have been cleaner in the room although bathroom was spotless

Struttura senza ascensore (ne ero già al corrente al momento della prenotazione), ma questo non è stato un limite per noi.
Consiglio di rivedere un po la pulizia dei dettagli. Per esempio in camera nostra il lampadario era pieno di polvere.
Altra nota negativa, si sentono tutti i rumori e le voci provenienti dalle altre camere.
Clean, and I was there on bank holiday when the temperature was sky rocketing! Air condition was on point!
