Flies in room via aircon. Could be a bit cleaner

Close location to tube station!
Nära tunnelbana, rent och fräscht rum med AC och mycket trevlig personal.
Kunde varit lite större rum om man är 2 personer men inget avgörande.

Stairs! Too many stairs!!!
Bed was VERY soft and we kept meeting in the middle but it was comfortable!!
It was nice inside, comfortable and well located
The building's facade isn't exactly as it appears in the photos. In the pictures, it looks like a residential building, but when you are there, you realizes the entire first floor is commercial. I would have liked to know that for the very beginning.
Staff are great. Lovely and friendly without being annoying.
Room was nice. It looks better in person. Comfy enough. Great blackout curtains and the twin windows seal a lot of noise out.
Everything you could possibly need on the doorstep. Underground, McD's, Greggs, Sainsbury's etc
Oh and the shower is amazing. Great heat control and super powerful.
The downside is the area is pretty rough. Never felt in danger but did hear people selling crack and saw loads of homeless arguing with each other. It's a busy area, so is going to be a bit rough around the edges.
I'd stay again without a second thought and tbh if I didn't vape, I'd have no reason to be outside late. It was only at night when the lunatics were about.

De locatie is ideaal, de service is super en de kamer is ook fantastisch.
Location was very convenient, close to the tube.
No lift/elevator and room was on the 3rd floor. Coming from the States, there was not adequate AC or air circulation even though room contained both.
Central location, soundproofing - room was quiet considering its location. Large bathroom, staff were polite, helpful & friendly
The room was advertised with AC which didn’t seem to work or at best wasn’t affective. Control panel was working but no evidence of the unit working with room temp increasing to 28. A fan was provided which made the room more comfortable but felt the feature shouldn’t if been advertised or a note pre-check in of any issues. Overall the staff did their best to make this comfortable.

I did like how close it is to the tube however it can be VERY loud. Can hear everyone fighting, talking, police sirens and people in the hotel as well walking down the aisle.
I found it severely lacking in cleanliness and upkeep. The carpets and curtains are so stained and smell and clearly dirty, furniture is old and falling to pieces. The aircon does work but not fully and the room remains so HOT despite it being air conditioned.
Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort and air conditioning!
This property was ideal for our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in London. Right beside Shepherd Bush underground.
Only downside would be for people who struggled on stairs or accessibility as you need to go up at least one flight of stairs
