Nice and central location , nice airy rooms
It was good for our needs as a place to sleep for an event nearby. Close to station
It had no charm as a room you would want to spend time in.
I stayed here overnight for a conference in the city. My room felt fresh, secure, comfortable, and the hotel is about a minute’s walk from Shepherd’s Bush tube station (central line). They also have a 24-hour concierge, which is handy.
My room faced onto the main road and wasn’t soundproof, so a bit noisy late at night.
I worked from my room and, since the chair was fixed a little lower than the desk, I had to stop after an hour or so because my arm was hurting! Would recommend a suitable chair in the rooms for this reason :)
De locatie, vanuit hier is Londen heel makkelijk te bereiken via de Metro.
Dat komt ook door de locatie, je hoort in de nacht het gebonk van de metro. En het is een grote stad daarbij veel ambulances en politie met sirenes, dat houd het enkelglas niet tegen.
Die Zentrale Lage. U-Bahn, Westfield, viele Restaurants und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Lautstärke. Jedes Auto, jede Ubahn ist zu hören. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Ein Gast war Nachts sehr laut und hat mit dem Personal lautstark diskutiert, leider wurde der Gast nicht rausgeschmissen. Das ganze ging mehrere Stunden...
Lyse, fine rom. Hyggelig og imøtekommende ansatte. Veldig sentralt i forhold til tog/undergrunn, og shopping på Westfield.
Mye trafikk i området, så hvis du er sensitiv for lyd er ikke dette plassen for deg.
Location and room was good. Customer service great.
It needed dusting. The switches and plugs were dirty, and the air conditioner was full of dust, so it was not usable. The plug next to the bed was not working.
Room was clean and bathroom nice
The window was very drafty and it was quite cold in the room
Very clean and comfortable room. Great location especially for gigs at Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Good value.
It’s a busy area so not the place for a quiet stay especially on the Uxbridge Road side!
Pleasant reception and nice decor on the way in to the hotel, otherwise nothing to like about this place.
On arriving and looking at the room, I decoded to leave the hotel and book in to a nearby hotel instead.
Although the bathroom was clean.
The bedrest had stains all over it. The sides of the bed had stains all over it. The furniture was tatty and worn. I really didn’t consider using the bed at all. The hotel is on the corner of a very busy junction on shepherds bush. Too busy to enjoy a nights sleep.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable with attractive decor.
