The staff where friendly and welcoming,
The fact that upon arrival our bed cover had brown marks which looked like blood or maybe chocolate. The staff came and quickly changed the bed cover. The following day after room clean one of the replaced towels had brown stains also.
The staff were nice and pleasant, so, no complaints about the staff. The water pressure was good.
It just wasn’t the hotel for me. I wont rate the entire hotel because I must have been given the worst room in the hotel. The smell of my room was horrible. As soon as i walked in, I could smell dampness and I hoped all night it wasn’t mould. Also, I didn’t realise until early check out you had to pay for water. None was available free of charge even to brush your teeth. The fridge wasn’t a fridge at all. It was a cool box of sorts or maybe it was broken. The room overlooked a wide and tall grey wall (perhaps the back of another tall hotel) blocking natural light. The hotel was overcrowded. I didn’t feel comfortable at all so I early checked out the following day despite paying for two nights.

Als je ontbijt wil kan je liever vroeger gaan dan is er meer en is het warmer, ook doen ze ommeletjes voor je maken, wel moet je iemand vragen om te komen ervoor.,
Airco was stukgegaan en was dezelfde dag gemaakt dat was super fijn
De kamer de penthouse was op de fotos toch wel mooier en de douche vond ik nogal in een hoekje geplaatst.
Jammer dat er bij de check out werd gezegt dat er een handdoek mist maar naar dat ik heb gezegt dat ik geen handdoek hoef van hun en dubbel check van hun was het goed
Koffie bij het ontbijt was echt niet lekker en voor een andere koffie moet je betalen
Le personnel était extrêmement gentil, très propre et les repas et petit déjeuner excellent !
Bath was good, room service also good. Quite at the 6 floor. Comfortable bed.

We booked the Suite and it was the best choice 'cause it's spacious, comfortable, and the view was so beautiful 🌅😍 The room was spotless, everything felt fresh and well-kept. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay 🙌💛 We felt so welcomed and taken care of.
Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali 🌴Highly recommend!

الافطار لذيذ.
الموظفين بشوشين وخدمتهم اكثر من رائعة
في الغرفة الاولى كان المكيف حار وكان فيه تجاوب وتم تغير الغرفة وكانت قريبة جداً من الرسبشن وكان الوضع ازعاج جداً
وايضاً من يسبح فالمسبح الصوت يكون ظاهر.
ايضاً المكيف بدأ بالتسريب واضطريت ابلاغهم للأستدعاء الفني
لان اعاود التجربة أفضل مكان بعيداً عن الصخب والازعاج.
