They switched our room when we had issues with our first room.

Cons:

Room was dirty when we arrived, construction happened early morning. Tried charging us for some ice. It's a hotel, get a ice machine. You have a restaurant. Use the ice machine. Don't scam guests for ice.

Pros:

I will never use booking.com again. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Booking.com is a scam website.

Cons:

Even though I booked the room for two adults, I was charged for bringing a guest. I'll most likely stay somewhere else next time.

قريب من الشاطئ .. وإطلالة الغرفة كانت رائعة مع البلكونة .. والموظفين متعاونين للخدمات اللي كنا نطلبها .. الغرفة نظيفة ومناسبة جداً لنا وجميع المستلزمات كانت متوفرة.

パタヤに来たーという気持ちになれるホテルでした。
Pros:

ビーチロードからも近くとても便利でした。
私達の部屋からの眺めは最高で、気持ちよく過ごせました。
スタッフの方々も皆さん親切でした。

Cons:

部屋のスリッパがすぐに破れてしまい不便でした。
もう少し丈夫だと助かります。
また、洗面台のコンセントが壊れていたのでドライヤーの使用に困りました。
