Cons:

Quarto com cheiro ruim, travesseiros muito duros, acomodações velhas, sem opções sem lactose no café da manhã, galo cantando 4 hrs da manhã ao lado da nossa sacada.

Vale pela localização se não se importar com limpeza do banheiro.
Pros:

A Localização é excelente atrás da Passarela da Cultura.
Café da manhã está dentro do esperado. Mas se for tomar logo cedo, se prepare para falta se espaço.
Roupa de cama limpas e cheirosas e ar condicionado excelente.

Cons:

Instalação precisa de reparos. Mas uma boa limpeza já melhoraria MUITO. Principalmente do banheiro o vidro do box estava amarelo de sujeira. Além de pontos de mofo e sujeira preta nos rejuntes e trilho do box.
Os funcionários da recepção não sabiam onde era o meu quarto, tive que rodar com as malas pra achar.
Me pareceu que não tinha controle de quem entrava no hotel.

Alguns recepcionistas eram muito agradáveis. Porém no dia da minha chegada 04.06 o recepcionista era muito mal humorado. Sério...se não tivesse a reserva nem ficava.

Tudo muito limpo, e confortável

Cons:

Possui 5 vagas de estacionamento rotativo, ou seja nunca tem lugar para parar e a rua tem zona azul e não tem estacionamento por perto, quem for viajar de carro não é uma boa opção
