Fiquei positivamente impressionada com o hotel Terra Brasil. Bom custo benefício, próximo de drogarias, supermercados, restaurantes e bares. Café da manhã satisfatório, toalhas e roupas de camas limpas e funcionários atenciosos. Super indico.

Estávamos em um grupo de 4 pessoas e nos deram apenas um cartão de acesso ao nosso quarto ..
com isso quando alguém saia do quarto e levava o cartão toda parte elétrica do quarto desligava, deixando no sufoco quem no quarto permanecia, com isso fui até a recepção pedir mais um cartão de acesso para deixar um mantendo a parte elétrica do quarto ligada e deixar o outro para quem quisesse sair do quarto, para minha surpresa a recepção me negou mais um cartão, dizendo que só poderia dar um por quarto, fiquei super constrangido com isso.. sem contar o café da manhã péssimo!
não recomendo nem voltaria.

Equipe educada, ambiente comum grande e bem limpo, café da manhã bem completo, o hotel fica na rua paralela a avenida e é próximo ao mercado e farmácias.

Cons:

Tive a infelicidade de pegar uma acomodação que estava bem ruim, banheiro bem antigo e cheiro forte de esgoto, não era possível apagar a luz da varanda, que nos obrigava a fechar bem a cortina a noite, e a capa do colchão era menor, que escapava toda noite. Como tem muitos quartos, provavelmente tem outros em melhor condição.

Pros:

Os funcionários (Denis recepcionista e Elisangela Camareira )foram excepcionais muito educados e atenciosos ,cafe da manha tbm muito bom e super agradável, organizado sem demonstração de falta de higiene.

Cons:

O quarto 71 que fiquei estava com mofo ,foi difícil as noites ,e os lençóis nao estavam com cheiro tao agradáveis,o ar do quarto pingou em cima da cama ,foi necessário solicitar panos de chão e afastar a cama .
